房間位於海陵島敏捷海灘，海景非常棒。但是位置在海陵島比較偏衹適合自駕遊。房間非常普通，不像很多民宿的精緻，就是普普通通居家的房子。衞生也很一般，進去時不常坐的凳子上一層灰。廚房估計很久沒有用過有一點黴味。但是床品還是很乾凈。這幾天寒潮，房間空調都不能制熱，老闆還是很體貼送來了電熱水袋。最大缺點要説下，做為3間房住6人的房源，衹有一個小功率熱水器。一次最多洗兩人還要稍微快點。冬天還是完全不夠用。估計老闆衹考慮了夏天需求。

別墅挺好的，就是有點小貴了，房東介紹的海鮮市場便宜又新鮮，別墅出去有個海灘，一邊不能下水，一邊可以下水要收費，一天無限次來回56一人，兩天無限次來回78一人，小孩120以下不用錢，晚上燒烤的時候，後院有好多會飛的蟑螂，不知道是不是下雨的原因，整體還是不錯的。

位置比較方便，去的時候不是旺季，很多店都沒開。

別墅羣裏的獨棟別墅，有ktv 麻將，燒烤設備還挺不錯，房東迴應也比較快。也有一些問題，剛進來的時候大廳裏很多蚊子，整體感覺衞生做的不夠細緻。五個房間人均下來接近600的價格也不便宜了。停車還要收費很不合理。

位置不錯，房東服務也很好，房間乾淨整潔，很不錯的體驗，卡拉OK的音樂也能跟上潮流，各種新歌都有，不過音響好像有點問題，其他都很不錯

國慶節一個晚上三千多，比平時貴了好幾倍吧。
房子本身是很好的，乾淨舒服，走路可以去海邊，還有小童水上樂園。
附近的海鮮店真的不建議去，去一次踩雷一次，心累。
自己去菜場買了海鮮回來做，便宜新鮮，吃得很開心。
