經濟實惠，12個人都夠住了，床夠多，整體來説是一次不錯的體驗，有ktv，可以自己煮飯燒烤，多人選別墅很划算

房間收拾的挺乾淨，傢俱設施都挺新的，有KTV，麻將桌，小朋友玩的挺開心。離海邊很近，走路過去就幾分鐘，沙灘有安全員，是為數不多不收費還有安全員的沙灘啦。管家服務挺周到熱情。好評。

房間還算乾淨，
服務：不想説，投訴無門，晚上隔壁吵得要死，打了10幾個電話都沒人理我們，凌晨3點，5點都有人放煙花，然後也沒人理會我們，隔壁3點多開音響，我們投訴都沒人理，衹能沒睡過，早上8點就退房走人，太差了
環境：隔音差
設施：隔音超級差，隔壁在花園説話聲音，我們住3樓都能夠聽到，完全沒隔音，在房子裏面也是，有人關門全部人都能聽到，隔音差還有迴音。

1月中旬兒子和同學們去住了一次，評價極高（淡季）於是我們春節期間一家老小選擇在此過年！
優點：步行即到沙灘，無敵海景，環境優美。
缺點：根本沒有照顧到消費者需求，春節期間家庭入住，灶具不全（沒有天然氣，就一個電磁爐）12個人入住怎麼自行做飯做菜，餐具不全，我們被動去買了一堆。沒有洗衣機（連續幾天，這麼多人不需要洗衣服嗎？）上次兒子入住時卻有，問管家回覆這家別墅業主沒有提供？暈，這是什麼服務？經營者不應該考慮這些消費者訴求嗎？另外連續入住五天四晚，沒有提供一瓶礦泉水，哪怕是桶裝水都沒有？最讓人鬱悶的是要求12點退房，我們晚回了，侄兒在屋子裡，保潔已要求侄兒把行李全部搬出別墅門口，自行進入打掃。12.40分連廁所都不讓我們再用了，嘰嘰歪歪的埋怨，不知道人有三急嗎？總之假期是愉快的，但是仍然要吐槽他，大假期間不能選擇這裏了（估計是旺季吧）這樣做生意，讓人很無語。另外停車自費，爆貴！
