看中這家酒店有多床套房（兩室一大廳、三個衞生間、三張床），雖然看前面評論有心理預期，但確實到了實地，各方面就是一種感覺：撐一天是一天、隨時可以關門歇業了。可以理解，這地方名氣不大，熱度遠不及海陵島那邊，酒店周圍的民房很多都做成個性化民宿， 酒店長期客源不夠，維持不住也是自然。荒涼的大堂，靠街的前門貼張紙讓你走後門，旁邊的B棟貼着“整樓出售”，餐飲樓層一看就是關張好久了，破爛的大堂門前地墊，散落各種落葉草根，不明亮且斑駁、門的閉合都有些問題的電梯………套房看的是街景，可能住的人很少，有被當迎親房的痕跡，有些許煙味和不通風的悶味。 床品衞生還可以，看起來乾淨也沒異味，但是淋浴間地漏還有很多頭髮實在有些yue。沒有網絡電視，是有線的，不高清不説，台也不多，雪花還不少，哈哈哈有些復古的感覺。 停車還算可以，這麼點住客，車位不顯緊張。
總結：住一晚能接受，但不推薦。

一進去，樓梯全部都是灰塵和樹葉，然後桌子和床單都有灰塵，叫了人才幫手清潔，然後晚上熱水竟然衹有35度左右！ 簡直要把我的寶寶弄感冒！ 環境實在太差了，我是不會再去了！

房間還算乾淨，但大堂和電梯都比較臟，可能平常客流很少，公共區域都沒啥打理，管理投入少，人手不到位，有點可惜。
