設施齊全，有熱水供應，公共廁所衞生情況良好。環境鬧中取靜，樓下就是步行街南恩路，服務基本到位，經濟實惠，要求不高的朋友可以選擇。

近繁華商圈，就在步行街，但是很吵，特價房最近馬路邊，吵到很晚，第二天很早又開始吵鬧了，其他房間貴一點的感覺改善有限，不太推薦，可以試試其他旅館。房間、公用衞生間還是比較乾淨的。

房間挺光朗，還算安靜。
特價房沒有獨立衞浴，有公用衞浴，基本不用排隊；沒有空調，配風扇，還算實用，對得起價格。
