Family-friendly Hotels in Yangjiang

Noisy neighbors. the place to take action after several requests about issues. Gym is maybe 4 cardio machines and only can used after 9am, same time as breakfast starts. Not very happy with the organization

the hotel complex is really good for kids, they have many different area and activities so kids never get bored. all in walking range. even have afternoon foam-pool party for them. food buffet is good and many choices. room was great, spacious with two sides windows and bath. only inconvenient is the access to private beach but cannot go in water ot swim! why come in hotel in seafront with beach if cannot enjoy it?

It’s an excellent hotel with a fantastic sea view, very clean and quite. Have a very delicious buffet breakfast, we all liked it. Also the service is very good.

Generally speaking, it is not bad, and it is satisfactory in all aspects It's very close to the beach, you can just go downstairs, you can see the sea from the balcony, the balcony is my favorite location, very comfortable and comfortable The transportation is also very convenient. Check-in on Friday, the staff helped to upgrade for free, living in a high-rise sea view room, the environment is really worth it. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach, and it is very convenient to watch the sunrise in the morning. The room is also very clean, no smell. Very happy travel experience

The location was the best aspect of this hotel. The reception service needs to be improved. They should provide the staff members a proper training on how to receive foreigners and people in general. The breakfast was the same for a week. The breakfast buffet didn't have any bread, butter, cheese,jam and coffee. After the typhoon the hotel waterpark wasn't cleaned for 2 days so we felt like our time and money was wasted. Even when the waterpark was open the pools were not very clean. The beach service is another terrible story. The guards provided by the hotel didn't let us properly swim even when the sea was calm , they just wanted us to pay for their boats and other attractions( cause they didn't let people properly swim they thought we would have to pay for other attractions. )We had to take a taxi to Dajiao bay , where the service was excellent.And last but not least , the cleaners left the gargabe in the corridor for 3 days , it smelled terrible.

It was a good first visit but we will probably not return. This side of the island is a bit bare and the food is all a bit same ish. The cleanliness could definitely be improved, as always the corners are pretty grimey. Overall, we had a pleasant stay but the fact that the beach and pool were quite expensive (between 118 - 156 per person) and the food options were very limited made it not the best place and we will try somewhere new next time. That said, the infinity pool on the top of the hotel is free and quite nice!

The staff is kind and have welcoming attitude, a really bad point for Berlin is that we arrived at 4 when check in is at 3 pm... and our room wasn't cleaned at all... THEY MAYBE FORGOT, very unacceptable for us or anybody; so we wasted time on that regard... The view from the room is really good! The breakfast is just OK, don't expect too much.. there is no coffee or scrambled eggs... nevertheless the place was super clean and again the staff was very polite. Only 2 breakfast provided but we booked for 3 people so we had to pay the extra breakfast for 38 RMB each day... Is a shame that we stayed for 2 nights and we didn't have the right to swim at the different swimming pools or entering the beach.. in order to do that you have to buy ticket at extra fee... 78 for 2 days cheap package per person. The worst thing for my personal picking needs it was that the towels they provided us were incredibly bad! Microfiber disposable.. impossible to get dry and really cheap treat as well as the other amenities... you should bring your own things including towels.. not good at all! The elevators were a struggle and they lack of maintenance... we felt annoyed every single time we went out or in the 26 floor which is where the Berlin hotel is located... Reception at the hotel is quite small and difficult to find.

A store with great praise! ! ! To be honest, I did worry about this bad review at the beginning, but after consulting the store, I chose to believe it! Just came to the room and just did a good job of hygiene, the hygiene is very clean (auntie is disinfecting the room), the room is large, all kinds of facilities are complete, the most important thing is that there is a large balcony to see the sea is not too comfortable! ! The room is very new, not so unbearable, you can recommend staying wow. The surrounding area is also very convenient,

The sea view room has a good view. It is very convenient to watch the sunrise from the corridor as soon as you open the door. The beach downstairs of the hotel is also very delicate. The children had a lot of fun. Miss Xiaobi at the front desk was professional and friendly. The room we were given had a good view!
