Location is really good. Shwedagon Pagoda is not far away. There is a convenience store near the hotel, and it's a resident area, so you can see street food and sell lots of fruits. If you walk a little, you'll find a big mart and a fast food restaurant. The room I stayed was really spacious and satisfied !! Especially good for three people. Three beds, two bathrooms, and an outside glass view.
The breakfast is very good, a lot of Chinese dishes, the restaurant on the 9th floor looks at the Yangon River, the scenery is very good, the hotel is located very close to the exhibition, very close to Chinatown, Aung San Market, and the Great Pyramid of Yangon. The rooms are very large with 270 degree windows. , The price is also cheap, highly recommended.

A decent small hotel to spend a night or two in Yangon. Not that far from the bus station and Yangon airport, but far from the city centre. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, but they forgot to mention that a late check out is not free of charge.

When I come to YGN, I always choose this hotel. Room clean and comfortable. Their breakfast is acceptable for a 3 stars hotel. Very nice location … I walking distance to the Inya Lake and the Myanmar plaza. Behind the hotel zone also have a lot of coffee shops, pubs and nice restaurants too …
Yes, the staff were very enthusiastic. There was also an offline exchange meeting for entrepreneurs held at the hotel that day. I thought it was a blind date, but I saw a lot of people. After asking the staff, I learned that it was an exchange meeting.

That’s really comfortable stay with my friends. Because it is near city. So we have a lot of fun. And the workers was so kind and gave us good service for me. i really recommnend this hotel for holliday in yangon with good price
Shangri-La is much better than domestic Hilton. I really want to come to Myanmar to play. Of course, I have to look at the residence of the Southern Governor. The service staff here give a warm feeling to the family. Everyone is doing their best. Guest service, not too embarrassing and very easygoing, Burmese people are kind and honest, this yard and Peacock baby chasing it full of yards and running very happy, the focus is that the rooms are very clean and sanitary napkins are very luxurious, you must try it. A variety of diets are suitable for various countries, including Thai food, Burmese local food, Chinese food, European cuisine, haha pizza, mainly made very delicious, very ceremonial, when I am going to Dajin Temple, they remind me that I can not reveal The leg loaned me a Longji. Once again, I am very grateful. The hotel is also equipped with a garden lotus pond. There are two turtles sticking out their heads to eat. I can see my baby is happy, and there are white geese. I must say breakfast. Very rich and fresh, very simple, I feel the food is grateful for human existence. Recommend five stars, I lived and made me very gan dong
In the midst of 15 acres of luscious greenery and verdant indigenous trees- the Shangri-La Serviced Apartments exemplifies a sanctuary of ultimate luxury-tranquility and the privacy of a gated community. Situated in a prime location overlooking the serene Kandawgyi Lake-the Residences combines privacy with convenient access to the central business district of Yangon.
The complex consists of two residential towers both 25 storeys high and having total 240 apartments. Each apartment offers a range of comforts-including Wi-Fi Internet access-local and IDD phone lines-a personal safe and popular television channels. A fully equipped modern kitchen completes your home away from home. Live well and enjoy your time at the apartments with round-the-clock security and assistance. Residents have access to a gym-swimming pool-tennis court-first hr- and barbeque pit. Walking trails and jogging routes are easily accessible in the Kandawgyi Lake area.
It is a large hotel in the city center of Yangon. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, and provide breakfast. The lunch and dinner on the top floor are also good and not expensive. The front desk receptionist is also very enthusiastic. When there is an occasional power outage, the hotel will quickly start their own generator. Recommended!

JJackie PandaDuring my travels across 16 countries and living in two, I have to say that Pan Pacific Yangon stands out as the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Its location is ideal, conveniently connected to a mid-sized shopping mall, and the in-room amenities and facilities are top-notch. Unlike some “lazy” five-star hotels, the gym, spa, and swimming pool are exceptionally well-maintained and managed. The breakfast service was a real highlight – each day offered new and varied dishes, and despite having breakfast there four times, I never got bored.
However, what truly set this experience apart for me was the people. The staff were always smiling, patient, and consistently went out of their way to help me, making the stay all the more enjoyable. I believe this speaks not only to the hotel’s brand culture but also to the warm and optimistic nature of the Myanmar people themselves. Their kindness left a lasting impression on me. To everyone at Pan Pacific Yangon, I sincerely wish you all the best and hope you stay safe during these challenging times. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, where I can say “Mingalaba” once more!

GGuest UserVery good hotel, spacious room, big bed, comfortable bed, complete facilities, in a safe area, friendly hotel staff, good and varied breakfast. If I come back to Yangon, I will stay here again and recommend it to those who are making a decision. You will not be disappointed.
GGuest UserGood old hotel with antique atmosphere and courteous service, I liked the room but got dissaponted that the bedsheets and towels are too old and not clean, and it has some more caveats.
The hotel is situated inward corner from the main street and need to call taxi every time just to get out, which is annoying if you want to go around the nearby area. Inside the hotel building there's one convenient store but the front desk never mentioned that and couldn't find it on the day of arrival. The biggest problem is there are so many noisy and dangerous street dogs nearby the hotel and they are barking at every car going in and out from the hotel, and when you try to walk back to the hotel it is really a big threat as they swarm and try to bite you even in the daytime. Those dogs are seriously damaging the hotel access and make the guests uneasy.

TTeacher MaddieMercure Hotel has always been a second to me and my partner. We’d stay here with friends and we even booked them during our wedding day. On our recent stay, it was so nice to be back with my baby and parents. Staff always welcomes us and serve us with smiles.
Another thing I like about this hotel is their continuous commitment to improvement, and live and care to Mother Earth. They started eliminating single-use plastics and now uses sustainable packagings and items.
I highly recommend Mercure Hitel!
KKenichiThe facility was clean and I felt very comfortable. The gym is large, and you can also use the sauna and jacuzzi.
The view of the courtyard and poolside from the breakfast venue made me forget that I was in Myanmar, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing time.
However, perhaps because it had just reopened or because there were few guests, the breakfast options were few and poor, and some of the items were used from the previous day and were not delicious.
I was very disappointed because the rating would be halved if the breakfast level was low in a 5-star hotel.
I hope it will be improved in the future.
SSeksan PorntairatExcellent hotel, excellent location, and excellent staff service. Excellent and quite cozy lodging. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped.
I recommended to everyone to stay here. good value of price.

GGuest UserVery friendly staff and comfortable bed. Relatively near the airport. This is exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast had some choices for both ”Asian” and ”European” tastes. Not amazing, but satisfactory. :-) And the coffee was decent.
I didn't use any other extra amenities. If I had longer, I would check out the gym, spa, or rooftop garden.
There is a Spicy Hot Pot restaurant next door which was convenient for me.

Very Good
PPo-YiThe room space and bathroom are clean and tidy, but there are too few sockets in the room which is a bit inconvenient. The service staff is friendly and the breakfast has many choices and tastes good. There are no supermarkets around the hotel, so the convenience is a bit lacking. Overall, it's a great hotel.
PPatriciaComfy room and big bathroom (the shower is amazing!). The WiFi is very unstable. There a lot of options for the breakfast, but the western section isn’t so good (at least they have bread and eggs). The YaYa’s menu is delicious, and the room service is fast. All the staff is very helpful.
KKazeqk AzimMy recent stay at the Espardo Hotel in Yangon was truly remarkable, thanks to its breathtaking view of the Shwedagon Pagoda. Waking up to this iconic symbol of Myanmar's cultural heritage was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself was a haven of comfort and luxury, with impeccable service and well-appointed rooms. Every moment spent at Espardo was a delight, and I can't wait to return for another stay with that mesmerizing view as the highlight of my trip.
