This is my first time writing a review.
We stayed in a VIP room, but the bathroom floor was so slippery that my friend fell backward and cracked the back of her head, resulting in a 3cm laceration. She had to have her head stitched up with medical stamping at the emergency room.
The owner claims there was a warning sign and that they bear no liability for compensation.
Is this even morally right?
