房間比較舊，沒有電梯。排水溝的味道湧到洗手間，總體一般。園林式酒店，外圍的環境也不錯，有棋盤室和卡拉ok，但音響效果一般

應該是陽山縣最老牌的酒店，B棟是普通招待所級別，不過乾淨衞生停車方便，早餐和主樓一樣去餐廳；價格一百多路過住一晚還可以。
下坡出大門口招牌旁邊就是便利店，往外走2-3百米就是熱鬧的商區十分便利。

酒店很舊了，窗簾也舊，床也舊，床墊和枕頭這些雖然舊點但還是舒適的、一進去有股味道，老派酒店那種裝修，衹有牆壁是翻新過的。
