這次住在悦榕莊，酒店空間大，景觀好，私密性強，服務也非常好。管家Amanda全程對接，不時發送酒店不同時段的各項活動，有問題及時解答，感覺非常温馨周到。
離開時暈頭把隨身小包遺忘在了客房裡，酒店找到幫我快遞迴北京，感謝相關的工作人員。特別感謝林振宇幫我寄回，過程中嚴謹細緻，發送開袋視頻，相關細節不斷確認，備感安全。很幸運這次選擇了悦榕莊。

酒店環境特別好，適合小朋友，可以在裏面玩一天不出去。管家Chad特別貼心，每天都會詢問我們的需求，餐廳食物也很多，桂林米粉太好吃了，下次帶娃還要去住。

My family and i went to going on a short trip in guilin yangshuo place and we stayed from 4 to 6 day in Banyan’s tree hotel. When we arrived at hotel Ms Rihanna who is manager gave us a warm welcome. There was a lot of people who waited check-in but she helped us quickly, so we could do it. And we exchanged wechat ID and she let us know when we need help through wechat. Breakfast quality was really good. So base on positive response we were able to finish the trip with good memories

整體比較滿意，符合預期。
設施：畢竟成立時間久了，設施略老舊，但可以接受
衞生：正常五星水準
環境：經典選址，灕江旁邊，依山傍水，在一個小村落裏，不挨着景區，這個很贊。在陽朔這種文旅開發比較爛的地方挨着景區的酒店再好也會掉價。
服務：正常五星標準，管家amanda非常熱情，無微不至。接駁車小哥們都非常熱情。當天還給升級了獨棟別墅。
美中不足是當天我們過去很多項目當天已經約滿，我覺得節假日酒店可以提前致電客户告知提前預約活動，當時這是更好的建議。
最後提一個跟酒店服務質量無關的點，225房間旁邊的一棟別墅夜裡11點吵架到2點，聲音聽的比較清楚，隔音效果可能有待提高，畢竟是深夜了這個點按下不表。
