The hotel staff are the true champs for my trip being such a success. Right from when I first booked the hotel room, to literally making an itinerary for me, booking and paying for things on my behalf. They went above and beyond, to make my stay absolutely magical. I've already recommended the hotel to another friend. I will be visiting Yangshuo again, soon and will definitely be staying here. Rooms, impeccably clean and spacious. I can't rave enough about the hotel's staff. Super friendly, kind and helpful. This was my first trip as a solo traveler in China and I didn't struggle at all, because they took such great care of me!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. we were very fortunate that Enzo speaks good english. He gave us a personalized service, was very helpful and informative. They were very prompt in replying via wechat. Part of staying at ths hotel was a complimentary pick up or drop off at ths bus station. Enzo even helped us get a car from Ruyi using his Didi App as mine wasn't working. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. they have scooters for rent and behind the hotel is a convenient store. across by the bridge is the bamboo rafting and hot air baloon. their entrance ticket to Ruyi Cableway Park is cheaper and there are other activities they can also recommend. The rooms were big, clean and beds were comfortable and had great views. we also used their washing machine and it worked well . you get great value for the price you pay for your stay.

Seriously, no exaggeration, this place is amazing! The service was fantastic, and every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. It was raining when I left, and right outside the entrance was a view straight out of 'A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains' (a famous Chinese painting). The hotel's electric scooters are incredible; I rode one all the way to Xingping Ancient Town, covering 120 kilometers in a day and even conquering two mountains along the way (I charged it for two hours in Xingping).

The hotel is very pretty with very nice view to the mountains at yangshuo/guilin! However, the location is a little bit out of the town, there is no shop nearby. Would recommend to stay 1-2 nights, unless you have your own transport, otherwise will have to travel out or ******* every time for food. Is it about 15min drive to the yangshuo west street, can order Didi to anywhere. Room is huge with nice scenery! One issue - it was very sunny during the afternoon, even the hotel room feels hot (luckily there are curtains provided). Overall service is good, cleanliness is also very clean! Definitely an experience

The hotel's location is great, very close to West Street, yet quiet at night, unlike the noisy West Street. The owner is super nice and patiently explained all the nearby attractions. I arrived very late at night, and the owner even upgraded my room for free. In the morning, when I opened the curtains, I was greeted with classic Guilin landscape views. When I had a problem with my taxi, the hotel helped me arrange another car, so my travel plans weren't disrupted. I'll definitely stay here again with my family next time. The room was incredibly spacious and fully equipped with smart devices, including a mini-fridge and a washing machine – very comprehensive! It even had a smart toilet seat, and the TV screen was huge. The value for money was exceptional. From the window, you could see Guilin's unique mountains. You can rent electric scooters right at the front desk, which is super convenient.
