服務熱情，裝修別緻，有點兒木頭特有的黴氣，屋裡有些暗，適合睡覺，位置隱蔽，外表普通，內有錦綉。不住都可以餐觀的那種。

總體來説，房型有點小，目測標準間含廁所衹有20平，東西擺的也滿，下腳地不足。希望能改一改房型，這樣住的也能寬敞點。優點是服務好，環境好，能直接看到遠處的山，衞生也不錯。給個80分客觀評價。

酒店就在美麗的灕江景區內，在樓頂還可以看到興坪山脈，環境真的不錯。在我看來，酒店房間設計很很好，很美觀。酒店的服務必須大大的點贊，從入住開始就體會到酒店無微不至的服務，讓人感覺到自己家裡一樣。衞生很乾凈，早餐品種非常多，很有特色，特別米粉很好吃，走的時候還送伴手禮，很貼心。酒店讓我們感覺意猶未盡，下次再來興坪，灕水山莊是我不二的選擇，強烈推薦這家酒店。

常年住國際五星級酒店，還是被這家酒店的服務驚艷到了，酒店員工服務很貼心，有用心在做服務業的，入住酒店的免費水果，真的非常甜。酒店的餐廳味道很好，氛圍也很不錯，晚上的冰粉是免費的，特別甜，一直都在製造驚喜。早餐的桂林米粉味道不錯。已經介紹給朋友了，真的太滿意了。而且，還有車接或送，很方便。 設備也挺不錯的，雖然沒五星那麼豪華，但是很有當地特色，都是老闆收藏的老古董。非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。

必須給灕水山莊點個贊，服務太好了，提前建羣和我們溝通，為我們的旅遊計劃提供了很好的建議，酒店的餐廳的菜也很美味，提前羣裏説好菜，做好了就可以直接去用餐，離20元人民幣觀景台很近，出去遊玩很方便，想去興坪古鎮有專車接和送，服務真的非常不錯。房屋的建築也挺不錯的，是古典型，很壯觀，房間內衞生很乾凈，有機會來陽朔還住這家。

太滿意了，第一次帶狗狗旅行其實我們也有各種忐忑，結果從老闆到工作人員都對我們十分友好。房間非常衞生，用品都很全，酒店的飯店都提供的是新鮮可口的食材和好喝的啤酒飲料。我們住了一天吃飯都是在酒店的餐廳解決，好吃又大份，環境也真的不錯，樓頂非常美，服務超級好，一點毛病都挑不出來，太棒了！
