房間內的衞生挺不錯的，樓梯和走廊上有待提高，老闆也很熱情，從興坪碼頭出來太堵了，需要走小路才不堵，距離興坪碼頭很近

馬桶是壞的，有點反胃。和老闆反映問題，老闆説：那怎麼辦呢！你們不是訂了兩間房嗎！去另一間嘛……説的很平淡，感覺我們給他們添了麻煩一樣，人在外，想着第二天一大早就走，也懶得糾結了。另外，附近沒有餐館，在老闆家吃的，本想着吃些本地人的飯菜，但味道真的不敢恭維，且貴，衞生也不咋的。給人的感覺是，之前也沒這麼多人來住，今年突然爆滿，明顯的接待力不足吧。

環境簡直太差了，根本不能住人，和介紹不同，在一條很偏僻的路邊，就是家裡的房子改造的，沒有電梯，要提着行李上3樓，房間味道很大，房子老舊，牆體天花都是脱皮發黴的，樓下是飯店很嘈雜，洗衣機也沒有，春節還要賣到3.4百一晚，不值這個錢，大家一定要避坑。
