Waterside Boutique Hotel

Room was mostly clean, pool had a lot of algae growth. The roof was leaking into the dining area. The location is good to view scenery, but is far away from everything else. Service staff were friendly and accommodate all requests.

Staying at this hotel for both accommodation and travel photography was so hassle-free. The photographer, Xiao Qin, accompanied my friend and me throughout the shoot. The hotel service was warm, the room was comfortable, and we managed to enjoy both sightseeing and photography without any trouble.

We stayed in Yangshuo, China, at the Waterside Boutique Hotel by the river. The staff were very friendly and highly customer-oriented. We booked a room with a panoramic view, and the scenery from our window was absolutely fantastic, overlooking the mountains and the river. We could even watch the rafting from our room. The river itself was just two minutes from the hotel, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. It was a wonderful place, with fresh air and very kind, pleasant people all around. At the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, especially a young woman named Minnie, who speaks excellent English. We saw her every day, and she was always available to help us with translation and any assistance we needed. Whenever we wanted to visit local attractions, she immediately offered to arrange transportation, purchase tickets, and even helped us book and buy tickets to Ruyi Peak at a lower price than we would have paid ourselves at the ticket office. Thanks to her help, we even saved 60 yuan. We are truly delighted that we chose to stay at this hotel and visit Yangshuo. We would like to sincerely thank Minnie for her hospitality, as well as the entire staff for their excellent service. We have such wonderful memories from our stay. We truly hope to return to this hotel and to Yangshuo again with our friends and family. Everything was simply perfect.

Me and my partner absolutely loved this hotel. The staff goes above and beyond for you. They are genuinely so sweet and nice. The staff is very thoughtful and start to feel like family. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The location is very nice. Our room specifically was amazing as well. We loved that there was a swimming pool and laundry there. I highly recommend this place for a nice getaway. The hotel also has scooters and bicycles you can rent and ride around the city. Very relaxing. We had an amazing first time here, we already know we will be back at this exact hotel because of the warm and kind staff and the breathtaking hotel views and scenery.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The views from the room are so beautiful and you get to watch an amazing sunset. Also a special thanks to Minnie she was so nice and she helped us with planning our trip in Yangshuo and she gave us many recommendations. She also have a great English so communication with the hotel was very easy and smooth. The staff was also so responsive in WeChat. Nothing to complain about in this stay. One bonus is that they also have an adorable introvert cat 😁

My room was surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, and sitting on the balcony looking out at the incredible karst mountains was absolutely unforgettable – such a wonderful highlight of my trip. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and communicating through the WeChat group made everything so seamless and easy. I only stayed one night but loved every minute of it! I really appreciated the free bicycle provided by the hotel – it was such a lovely way to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the beautiful views up close. Just one small note: the hotel’s location doesn’t show up directly on Didi, so I had to use a nearby hotel’s address as a reference point when booking rides. It wasn’t a major issue, just something to be aware of in advance. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with stunning surroundings, thoughtful touches, and wonderful service. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway!

First of all, the staff were the sweetest and kindest we met during our whole trip in China. They were simply wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The place itself is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable and nicely designed. The breakfast was not the most impressive or flavorful, but it was still enough and we never left hungry. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is positioned in a quite zone where you can relax. The room is large and confortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for 30 yuan/day to reach the city.
