酒店服務人員非常好，主動幫忙拿行李，見面會打招呼，早餐也很好吃，房間衞生乾淨，有問題也及時解決很貼心，整體很好，地理位置很優越，風景非常美，交通便利

酒店的環境挺好，園林式的。早餐品種也非常豐富，到鎮上有班車。訂了個河景房，但是都有樹遮擋不能看清楚。沒在酒店用餐，酒店湖對面的生態苑農莊值得推薦，過工農橋右轉就到，看看導航有兩公里多，實際走走也就10多分鐘。

酒店就在遇龍河邊，坐在陽台就能看到遇龍河河景及竹筏；酒店提供了自行車和穿梭巴士，超級方便；前台工作人員非常熱情，主動幫忙預約穿梭巴士，退房時主動幫忙搬運行李；穿梭巴士司機也很熱情，準時等待我們上車。
