設施：滿分，懸浮浴缸很贊，酒店的廚房很好吃，強烈推薦排骨，有的時候專門打包了一份！
衞生：80分，被褥比較乾淨，衞生很好可以安心休息，美中不足是房間有個茶歇處和浴缸下水處感覺清潔不徹底
環境：90分，和想象略微有點差距，對面就是灕江，樓上有網紅打卡點，離20元打卡點和興坪古鎮很近
服務：滿分，酒店雖然沒電梯，但行李有專人拿到房間，其他比如提供驅蚊產品，免費兑換20元人民幣等等，還免費提供接送站服務

酒店工作人員多數是年輕人，服務特別好，基本上有什麼需求都會滿足。酒店有咖啡廳，還可以點餐。來的時候接，走的時候送，環境挺好的，距離江邊20元風景區比較近，空閑的時候在江邊坐着喝杯咖啡，看着山水景觀，特別好，強烈推薦大家入住。

管家樂樂人特別好，這裏交通也特別方便會安排送去高鐵站，五樓拍照嘎嘎出片特別特別美，對面就是二十塊錢打卡地，走10分鐘左右就到碼頭可以坐竹筏，然後還可以詢問管家就是在這邊旅遊的攻略房間清潔也特別好，設施什麼都很完備唄，真的推薦來這裏住，體驗特別不錯👍👍👍！！！
管家服務態度都特別好，旅遊感官特別好，我們本來是三個人，因為沒房間了，當時定的大床房來了之後管家知道情況之後還免費幫我們換成了雙床房，真的敢關特別好，下次還會來的，如果説來這邊還是會選擇住這家酒店！
