Great room, service and location. Very close to West street, 5 minutes walking distance, but in a very quite area

First of all, I really want to thank all their staffs, especially Miss Zhou (Jessica) and Miss Yang for their exceptional hospitality. Everyone of them beat at the reception, the housekeeping, the staff at the coffee shop upstairs, all of them were very welcoming. In our 3 weeks journey in China, we have stayed at many different places, but I am being honest it was the first time we could communicate with staff directly without needing a translator. Since we do not speak Chinese, it was difficult for us to always share our gratitude to the staff in other places. It was a very first time that we felt we could directly communicate with them thanks to Jessica/Zhou and that made a huge difference. Apart from that the room was exactly as described. very clean and with the great view. Its right at the centre and make is very convenient. Breakfast was good too. I highly recommend this place for fellow travels.
