The hotel room was clean and spacious. But the receptionists were unfriendly and not willing to talk or help, 0 effort. The breakfast is not great, it is buffet but no coffee, and the food is tasteless and bland, not recommended. We wanted to rent a motorcycle and the office in the hotel was okay, but do not go to the one outside (photo attached), the woman was very rude. Go outside the hotel for a better service. Yangshuo is an amazing place, it is a pity that the people working were so unfriendly.

The room was very satisfying, very clean, and had no strange odors upon entering. Bottled water was readily available at the elevator, which was very convenient. The hotel's location is also great, just a few minutes' walk to West Street.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. Most importantly, the location was super convenient. The Guilin rice noodles for breakfast were delicious. Just a two-hundred-meter walk to the right from the entrance, and you'll find Lei Pangpang, which totally outshines all the other beer fish places.

The American/Italian coffee in the lobby was delicious. The Master Chef's Beer Fish, with a 10% discount for VIP cardholders, was also tasty. The service attitude was excellent. Highly recommended!
