This Stay was one of my best Hotels in my whole China Trip.
Reception was very open, always reachable and contactable via wechat.
Room was exactly like it was presented online, which is not always the chase in China.
All in all- amazing!

The location is pretty good, right on West Street. The room was also very clean. We booked a suite with one king bed and two single beds. The TV supports screen mirroring, and the hygiene conditions were also quite good. Overall, I recommend it.

The hotel room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable with soft linens, perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day. The room had decent lighting, quiet air conditioning, and all basic amenities including hot water, toiletries, and free Wi-Fi that worked smoothly.
The space was tidy, with enough storage and a small seating area to relax. The bathroom was modern. The mountain views was spectacular.

I'm not sure why they didn't give me the standard twin room I booked, especially since it showed as available. They ended up giving me a triple family room instead. While it was an upgrade, the facilities in that room were pretty basic. The air conditioning was broken, and I woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot. The light switch worked, but there was no cold air. I barely slept. Isn't the hotel supposed to have a 24-hour front desk? I asked why it took so long to get a response; it was already 6 AM and daylight.

An absolutely dreadful night! My room faced the garbage collection point, and the noise from the trucks emptying the bins went on all night. Even with earplugs, I barely got any sleep. I ended up getting sick from the lack of sleep and felt utterly miserable.
Objectively, the hotel's cleanliness and service were good, and the location was convenient. The only real issue was the environmental noise. Do not trust other reviews; make sure to avoid rooms facing the trash area or the street and ask for a quieter room on the other side.
The hotel rents electric bikes for 30 RMB/bike with no deposit required. I'm forgo the good review incentive to give an honest opinion, hoping to save future travelers from this bad experience. Travel well and rest well!
