設施都比較舊，但是價格實惠，離灕江很近，老闆會幫忙送過去岸邊

老闆很實誠，很熱情。老闆娘很漂亮，也很熱情。小院很清幽，能看到遠處的山，但看不到河。不過住宿環境簡陋了一點。可能南方吧床很潮。空調老了，不太管用，電視也太小了看不成。

設施簡陋陳舊，周圍環境不好，周圍全是爛尾樓，很亂，看起來不太安全，周圍沒吃的玩的，不建議住這邊，入住時長最短的民宿屋裡插排都是壞的最要命的是室外空調機壞了，一直髮出巨大的聲音，帶着床一直震動，很本沒法睡入住不登記身份證，就直接給了個鑰匙，感覺很不正規，很不安全老闆説壞很久了，等他兒子回來休，他兒子一直沒回來…到了不可以退款的時點開始瘋狂降價，定的時候四百多，入住當天發現才二百，老闆説我們提前在網上定的，他也沒辦法第一次住這麼不親民的民宿望江閣望不到江
