Soundproofing: Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent soundproofing, which ensures a quiet stay despite the lively nightlife on West Street. Noise from the street is minimal, allowing for a restful sleep, even in the heart of a bustling area.

Hotel is right at the entrance of West Street. Conveniently located. Service was good , room was comfortable and breakfast was sufficient. Overall, highly recommended.

The staff at reception manage a good balance of professional and warm which is commendable. The positives is that it is a convenient location that gets quiet too after 12 during the busy weekends. Also the central stairs makes it easy to use the laundry. It's a nice touch to have all the manhua books and the little arcade game for older kids. The breakfast is small but a nice balance between east and west. beds are good and I like the grain pillows. The space does need a refresh. Some parts have been patched up roughly and overall it needs a deep clean to bring it back to the standards that it needs to maintain to remain competitive. For example our upgraded room had the decorative railing, half off the wall. Overall, thank you for the upgrade as it was really spacious for all our climbing gear and the help. We hope to be back.
