We spent Chinese New Year here and had an amazing time. The staff were all friendly and always willing to help and accommodating. We had private rooms and the beds were comfortable, it was very cold and the rooms had heaters the showers had warm water but could’ve been hotter. The hostel has a large menu with everything from local cuisine to pizzas, waffles and pancakes all the food we had was good and I would recommend the bamboo chicken soup, fried noodles and the beef duck was great! I’d recommend this hostel to anyone wanting to stay a few days in this beautiful location.

The youth hostel is very close to the river, so you can check in at the river anytime. You can go hiking, cycling, and eating nearby. It's just the place where you stay.
