They accept foreigners. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s right next to the beautiful scenery! It is about a 25 minute walk into Xingping town, but there are some restaurants nearby. You can rent a scooter easily, if you want. The bamboo raft area is very close. We had a room with a balcony (the toilet was a western one, not a squat toilet as pictured). The view from the balcony was excellent (see photo). They allowed us to wash our clothes for free. Breakfast was 10 yuan (a tasty noodle soup with egg).
