We really enjoyed staying here. Our room was huge as well as very comfortable and beautiful! The hotel has a great view of the mountains and is right by the Li river so it’s easy to book boat tours. The service was outstanding. They offer rides to nearby locations which is very convenient. Overall we had a great time!

The trip was fantastic. Service was outstanding, 特别棒! My mother and I had a great time. Thanks to all the staff especially Panda for their hard work and diligence, every need was taken care of. Location is gorgeous!

Where to start? Excellent customer experience provided by the owner and staff even before arrival, pick up at train station, food options, free local transportation, travel tips, checkout.
Tried my best to leave a tip but was politely refused. Free laundry, departure goody bag, nothing was too hard.
Didn’t realise such guest service even existed anymore but it does!

We were impressed and grateful at how accommodating and kind the staff were. We enjoyed the homemade breakfast items, especially the blueberry jam. We also appreciated the complimentary ride to the train station. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Yangshuo!

First of all, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service of the hotel. They provided a pick-up service from Yangshuo station as it is quite far away from the station, but it was not the hotel's fault as the station is far from any tourist spots you want to see in Yangshuo. From the moment I arrived, the staffs at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and efficient in checking me in. They also provided helpful recommendations for attractions and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself was huge, spotlessly clean and the bathroom was really big with both bathtub and shower inside. Throughout my stay, the hotel provided midnight snack (tangyuan/noodles/etc) and fulfilling breakfast as well. Also, they offered to pick me up from tourist spots near the hotel and ensure that my trip was as comfortable as it can be. Overall, my experience at the hotel was nothing short of superb. The combination of those truly outstanding service made for an exceptionally pleasant and stress-free stay. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Had such a great stay here. The room was big, bright and clean and the service was exceptional. The staff there made sure we had everything we needed, they gave us lifts to and from the train station and there were snacks throughout the day. Definitely recommend!

Hotel gave us complimentary midnight meal after late arrival.
Hotel brought us to next hotel as complimentary service!
Our room had no good view but stay was nice and comfortable. Right next to the river.

We really enjoyed our time here. Good location, nice service, helpful staff. We got free afternoon tea and barbecue in the evening as a complementary. It was really nice of the hotel. We decided to stay 2 nights instead of one. We’ll come back for sure.

Upon arrival we were shown our room - modern and stylish, large and clean. Lovely bathtub and shower.
We were then invited to afternoon tea (which I believe happens daily), a selection of local snacks, fresh fruit and a fresh pot of delicious tea was served to us. We were told to join later for a complimentary BBQ! Beer and soft drinks were served and they even catered for us vegetarians!
this happened each night. if it wasn't BBQ, it was "midnight snack".
We took tea to the rooftop to enjoy the mountain views, and one time we were served afternoon tea poolside.
I have never stayed at a hotel this generous and welcoming.
The location is a short drive from Xingping ancient town (and so, far enough from the tour groups), close to the airfield if you wish to go ballooning and see a different view of the mountains, and a short walk to the 20RMB scenic area.
Finally, the service here is impeccable. We were looked after from arrival till departure, and even received a WeChat message to check we arrived home safely.
