Beautifully restored sugar factory turned hotel with amazing hospitality and activities. We spend the day in the hotel, joined the free photography session, candle class and tour of the hotel. Joined rock climbing, which was very scary, but the instructor is knowledgeable. Each guest has a personal Assisant. Alyssa was very helpful in helping us schedule and organise actives. The hotel is in a secluded area, you will need to travel by taxi to other destinations (10min-1hour). Personally I dont think it was too noisy even though there is traffic but the road outside. There is night time firework session. The breakfast buffet had amazing selection. For a hotel located in the forest there is surprisingly little mosquitoes. It’s better to schedule the photoshoot during the day as it gets too dark for pics at night.

Getting there at first was a little far from everything, and the bellboys did not help with our luggage and seemed to have an attitude. However, everyone else at the hotel was fantastic. Banyan is one of my favorite brands and I loved staying there in Bali, and Bangkok. However this Banyan felt a little off, the breakfast took us a while to get a table and once we sat down a waitress told us in Chinese to “hurry up and eat quickly”, since breakfast ends at 10:30, it was only 10am when we got seated. Otherwise, The views are fantastic here, I feel like the rooms could’ve been a bit bigger but otherwise everything else was fine.

The hotel is in really nice location, close to West street, like 2 minutes away. I liked to room and design of it. Breakfast was tasty, even have western breakfast meals. Everything was clean and perfect. Stuff speaks English and always welcomed us ❤️ Here are some pictures of the vies from our room abs what you can see not far from the hotel. this is a rebrand hotel with full renovation. good location. walking distance to West Street & Impression Sanjie Liu Show. Cross opposite for bamboo boat experience. many local restaurants next to the hotel. hotel do serve set breakfast no buffet. the service & cleanliness excellent. I booked a room with balcony but hardly use because 😄weather too cold to stand outdoor. the layout of the building a bit weird, most of the guestrooms are facing each other's, if the curtain open you can see through. My room is facing the helicopter landing place.

The best features of the hotel are the service and room environment The young lady was very enthusiastic and sincerely recommended the route to us. In case we didn't make a guide, she also told us what kind of transportation is the most cost-effective. The room design is in Thai style. Some small elements are very beautiful. When you open the door, you can see the mountain view and flower petals. It is very beautiful and romantic.

It was a very good stay experience. The front desk of the hotel was very welcoming and patient when asking about attractions. You can buy discounted tickets. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. They also have many value-added services, such as unlimited mineral water and free afternoon tea. Facial cleanser, hand cream and other daily necessities are provided free of charge in the lobby. The location is also very good. It is very close to West Street. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. I am very satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The facilities are complete and there is a children's play area. The children had a great time. There is a very fresh and comfortable smell when you enter, I like it very much. The mountains behind are also very beautiful. Hygienic and clean, service is also very good. The second disadvantage is that there are very few breakfast varieties, and the location is a bit far from West Street. It takes 20 minutes to walk.

The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, making you feel like home. There are also national costumes you can change into at the front desk, which is very photogenic! The hotel's buffet breakfast is also very rich. I highly recommend this place when traveling here~ The hotel also has 🆓 bicycles 🚲 that can travel through this thousand-year-old town, which is really amazing.

Haha, I came to the beautiful Yangshuo again. Due to work reasons, I have to come to this picturesque small county several times a year. I like to stay in this hotel every time. The hotel is next to Yangshuo Park, with a beautiful and quiet environment; it is close to West Street, a five-minute walk. There is a large parking lot at the entrance, and it is free to park in the hotel, which is really rare in this place where every inch of land is expensive. The hotel should be newly renovated soon, it is still very new, hygienic and clean, and the service is warm and thoughtful
