1.設施比較老，衞生很一般，房間味道很大
2.服務超級差，要啥沒啥，一副你要住就住不住就走的態度
3.需要交按金，有點不滿意就會扣按金，投訴也沒用
4.鬧市區域，比較吵

設施：配備一般
衞生：好大煙味，樓上聲音，沒有地毯，樓上拖椅子，腳下發出很刺耳聲音
環境：整體算是乾淨，但是和第二點説的，體驗感很不好。
服務：感覺像是沒有服務，本地企業，對服務員沒有什麼培訓，網絡問題喊人處理半天。
九州是陽西老牌子了，算是門面酒店了，形象一直都有，希望提升一下品質。越來越好，畢竟價格也不低，和某也納某納斯價格都差不多。
