숙박 중에는 별다른 문제를 크게 인식하지 못했으나, 퇴실 시 가방을 치우다가 방 안에서 음식물인지 뭔지 방치된 걸 발견
퇴실시 호스트에게 사실을 알리고 퇴실함
근데 집에 돌아와 짐을 정리하던 중에도 가방에 벌레가 묻어 나온 사실이 있어 매우 불쾌했습니다.
숙소 측에 연락했지만 전화는 받지 않았고, 메시지로 문의했을 때도 책임 있는 대응이 이루어지지 않았습니다.
위생 관리와 고객 대응 모두 개선이 필요하다고 생각합니다.
