The hot spring is amazing! But the resort can’t order a glass of wine, only bottle. The hotel in the middle of no where, hard to by walking to reach. And no restaurant around. Only hotel food which don’t have much options. No sure about the facility as windy day. The room is big with balcony but don’t have the bathtub for most of rooms.

It was so cold but staff were performative and when requested refund they said they will get back to me with refund and they never did

The facilities are clean and nice. However, the hot spring sauna feels expensive.

Dumplings that appeared to have been left behind by a previous guest were left rotten in the room and smelled sour, and there was also trash from a paper cup left behind by a previous guest. Other than that, the room was supplied with hot spring water and it wasn't a bad place to stay for a reasonable price.

The & Resort located in the mountains ~ It was clean and had a nice atmosphere as it snowed. Enjoying the hot springs on a cold day. I feel good

It's clean and friendly, has good accessibility to Gangneung, and Juju is close by. I had a quiet rest.

The hot spring water is so good. The outdoor swimming pool and infinity pool have hot spring water, making them great for the whole family to enjoy.

As soon as I turned on the air conditioner, I opened all the windows because of the moldy smell. Facilities are poorly maintained... Even when I went to bed in the evening, I couldn't turn on the air conditioner and slept with the window open because of the mold smell. I inquired at the front desk, but after hearing a soulless apology, I checked out.

Wow, it was such a fun day that I had no idea how 2 days and 1 night went by. My son, who is serving in the military, will come here again when he goes on vacation in Yangyang.^^~ The swimming pool and sauna hot spring water is slippery~ I feel like my skin is getting better!!! Good!! Why is the breakfast buffet so good? The Jeju Island Lot***t buffet only has a lot of variety~ It was well-organized and the food and taste were really good. Since breakfast is included, the accommodation fee is actually this much and the quality is great!! Night Pocha ~ Wow ~ the food is also great A resort where both kids and adults can enjoy barbecue and beer until late at night~!! It was a choice I didn’t regret. My elementary school daughter is begging to come again. Haha~~^^

It was clean and had many facilities, so I was able to stay comfortably. It was nice because the sea was only about 5 minutes away by car.

It was a disappointing one-night trip.

I don't have anything to say about the service, but there was a hot spring sauna among the amenities, but after using it, I was disappointed with the quality of the local bathhouse. There were no sauna facilities, just a hot bath, a cold bath, and an outdoor hot bath without a ceiling. It seems a bit expensive to receive 22,000 won as a guest discount. Enjoying hot springs is not recommended.

I was so surprised by the resort class for the price!! If I had known there was an open-air hot spring, I would have brought a swimsuit, but since I made a reservation on the same day, I made a reservation with no expectations, but I was surprised from the moment I entered. ^^ I will keep this disappointing feeling in mind and come back again after being fully prepared next time! Have a nice rest for 2 days and 1 night^^
