Bigso Stay

During my 3,5 months in Korea, I stayed in a few accomondations and Bigso Stay feels like a very nice Motel (no hotel though). The room was nice, the bed was pretty big and the sheets were clean. I really liked the sliding window, which had two layers, one for actually opening the window and one with kind of a milky glass, to blur the view from inside and outside. They also had an insect net, so you could keep the window open at night with the lights on. Unfortunately the bathroom had no window and sometimes the power just shut off, so sometimes I had to wash my face in the darkness. But they had a bathtub! The AC air smelled a bit weird, so it may be due for a cleaning. The Motel is pretty far away from the city and although it‘s right at the beach, there is a very loud big street inbetween. Even at the beach you could hear the cars :( It is also no place for socializing, but that was not my goal either way :) (there is also some cats living in the area!)

This place was very nice, close to the beach and within walking distance of convenience stores and restaurants. The owner was very kind and even took us to a supermarket. There’s also a nice barbecue area. Overall, it’s a great stay for easygoing travelers.
