This time I took my old father out to travel. The hotel facilities were very good, and the lobby and elevator entrance were very beautiful. Health is also very clean. The service was lacking. I asked for directions in the lobby. There were no guests at the time. The service staff in the lobby was not very enthusiastic.

Yangzhou specialty dumpling noodles are great 👍🏻, this soup base is the soul, as a native of Yangzhou, I ate it today and it tastes pretty good! The waiter in the breakfast restaurant was very enthusiastic and served well early in the morning. It was very convenient to check the room number! Yangzhou fried rice is sufficient, and there are also hot fried buns, dim sum, porridge, fruits, drinks, salads. The place is not big and the variety is very complete

Originally, I went here because of the nearly perfect reviews. There were zero negative reviews. From the perspective of cost-effectiveness alone, it was okay. Some employees had good service awareness, but some lacked it. Some employees were enthusiastic but not professional. The facilities and equipment were okay, and everything a hotel should have. have. It is not recommended to stay here when traveling. It is not close to the scenic spots, but the surrounding area is quiet and the health condition is average.

Check in at the hotel front desk, go upstairs and scan your face to open the door, and the curtains will open automatically when you enter the door. Xiaodu Xiaodu wakeup can only turn on and off the lights, etc. At night, when I order takeout, a small robot will deliver it to the door and tell me to pick it up. For me, I really like this kind of unmanned accommodation experience throughout the whole process. The hygiene is relatively good. The sheets and pillowcases are not mottled. At first glance, they are all white and stain-free. There is no peculiar smell on the body, and the children are not allergic. The only shortcoming is that the sound insulation is average. The flaws do not outweigh the merits. Overall, the front desk gave the children a lacquer fan when I checked in on May 1st, but since we came to Yangzhou, the children still made two by themselves.

The location is slightly out of the way, but it is very close to the civic center. There is a night market downstairs. The breakfast is not bad. The hand sanitizer and shower gel in the room are too laborious. You can hardly operate it with one hand. You have to squeeze hard. There is no damper in the shower room, and it feels like the door is about to fall off when you close it . The TV cannot be mirrored.

We were there 2 nights for business trip, the hotel front desk were amazing really they are great,also all staff they were very polite and kindness, the room clneas ,amenities, all things were good.we arrived late about 10 PM and they prepared to us a delicious noodles, also our ticket was 4 o'clock and we were tired the hotel let us be there till 3 pm instead of 12.

1. Parking lot: It is free outside. We still drive in. It is very cheap for 2 yuan an hour. It is really cheap, and there are 2 underground floors. I am a rookie, so I don't have to worry about parking. boast! 2. Check-in: Because we like high, we set the 26th floor. The room is well lit and the canal Daming Temple in the distance is faintly visible. When I checked in, the aunt on the floor made up slippers. I also made up mineral water when I cleaned the next day, and the service attitude was very good! 3. The location of the hotel is very good, opposite the downstairs is what Yunhewan, a bar and a food street, and the Xiangyuan recommended by the hotel staff is also very good, and there is a garden a little farther away. If you play, Slender West Lake, Dongguan Street and Geyuan can be reached quickly, which is very convenient. We came by car and the car stopped in the parking lot and never drove again. 4. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel has no breakfast, but we all decided to get up early to eat morning tea, so the impact is not big.

The location is near afew famous tourist street. However, the bus stop to take the bus to the railway station is at a location that requires you to go through one of these streets. The pavement on these streets are uneven and rough, making it difficult for you to move through with your luggage.
Cleanliness:
The room is quite clean. The hairdryer holder have afew strands of hair from previous users but otherwise, no issue with cleanliness. If you click on the switch to request room to be tidied up when you are out, they will tidy up the room for you nicely and even replenish the supplies you’ve used like bedroom slippers, toothbrush, etc.
Service:
The staff are friendly and Informative. They make sure to notify you of where each item you need are located. They helped to store my cake in the fridge for me so that it won’t turn bad during my stay there. If you order delivery, you can request for the driver to place the food on the counter and notify the staff. They will bring the food to your room.
Amenities:
The firmness of the bed and pillows are just right, ensuring that I sleep comfortably. I’m not sure if the hair dryer is legit as I do not own one. The hair dryer makes my hair more dry but it blows dry quickly. There’s no hair condition so please bring your own if needed. I have oily scalp so their shampoo wasn’t too my liking but I do like their shower gel. Their disposable toothbrush is very soft, even sensitive gums can use it. The TV is very big and there are vip subscription for all the Chinese streaming apps, allowing my friend to enjoy her favourite TV Drama series.
Overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The massage pool in the courtyard can be filled with hot springs every day. I drink tea and soak in hot springs, and live like a fairy. The warm and thoughtful service of the hotel waiters satisfied us.

Room was very big and clean, and in the bathroom there is a Dyson hair dryer that dries hair at the speed of light. The view outside the hotel is also amazing.
Very convenient location, 10ish minutes away taxi ride from 瘦西湖 and 大明寺. There is also a nice cafe with a selection of Chinese bakery right next to the hotel, as well as a restaurant and some other stuff that we didn’t get to see(including a hot spring, which we were given free tickets to).
Would definitely choose this hote when we visit Yangzhou again, 10/10 experience.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

GGuest UserThe location is about 15 minutes' drive from the old town, and there are buses nearby which is very convenient. The key is that in this season, Platinum's price/performance ratio is quite high! When I went there, the guy at the front desk upgraded me to a deluxe king room for free and also gave me breakfast. I originally thought I would have local Yangzhou breakfast, but who knew, the hotel’s breakfast also has many local Yangzhou snacks, which is quite good.
Especially there are many bottles of mineral water every day, there are two large plates of welcome fruits, and the room has a shower and a bathtub, which is really full of sincerity.

about the hotel: the upgraded room was nice and big, got a nice window, nice a/c, comfy sofa. If I have to point at something I do not particuarly like is the bathroom: I'm not fond of the toilet and bathroom facilities made of that sort of hardened plastic, feels/looks weird to me.
Position is also nice, there are a bunch of hotels in the area and there's a shopping mall close by, I had dinner close to the hotel and it was delicious (seafood restaurant), it's also on a reasonable walking distance from one of the entrances of the slender west lake (I went to the night opening, entrance ticket is not cheap (120 rmb) but I think the park at night wasn't bad at all). Beside that you can hop on the bas stop which is just nearby to get to the station to one side or the old town to the other, transportation is quite convenient (also because the city itself is not that big).
anyway, I enjoyed my stay, the room size is definitely very generous and I would totally stay again and recommend it.

GGuest UserThe owner is very nice. We drove there. He called in advance to tell the parking lot location. He went to pick him up in person. He also introduced the place to eat in the evening. It has special Yangzhou characteristics and the price is reasonable. The hotel is right next to Dongguan Street. Shopping and eating are really convenient. . I went to the Slender West Lake and Geyuan in Yangzhou, and then went to Wuxi for a trip. It was a great value trip.
