I didn't like the room, it was very old

The room we reserved is defined as a Suite Room, but suite is just the room name. I'm not exaggerating, the room we entered and saw was like a scene from a horror movie. A dirty rug on the floor, the room is freezing, the floor is cold, the right side of the headboard is blackened with dirt, there is a mirrored console next to the bed, but it is great as a sink! It has been replaced with a new design. There is a bathroom with a curtain on the left side of the sink, and a toilet with a curtain on the other right side. Curtained yes. There are 2 lights at the head of the bed, but one of them is not on. There are 2 seats, but we couldn't sit down to see if they were clean. As you can see, it's dark inside, but there is a fireplace. When we saw this view, we wanted to change the room. We had already become accustomed to this situation and they took us to the bungalow. This place was relatively better, but there is a serious heating problem. The air conditioner was very noisy and did not let me sleep at night. The electric device they used for heating was not enough. We had it running until the morning, but anyway, when the sun rose and hit the floor-to-ceiling glass façade of the room, it got warm. There is no wifi, there is TV. There is no separate heating for the toilet and bathroom area. We couldn't take a shower, it was impossible to take a shower. We didn't have high expectations from breakfast under these circumstances. Mediocre. We stayed for 2 nights just to avoid interrupting our child's snow holiday excitement. However, we had a reservation for 3 nights. We had a pleasant time in Kartepe during the day, but the hotel was unbearable. We left 1 day early. In simple words, we paid money and suffered humiliation. How does the Hotels company control the places it has agreements with? Don't you have standards? Have you included every advertiser in the system?

The hotel is extremely indifferent. The rooms were cold and although they said the heater would turn on at 6 in the evening, the heater was still not turned on at 23:00 in the evening. The room is dirty and the employees are extremely careless. When we called, they told us the hotel room was 1000 TL more. We left because we were inexperienced. We do not recommend it to anyone.

Hello, my wife and I stayed for one day. Definitely don't come. The bathroom sink leaks and sucks. The bathroom drain is clogged and there is a lake inside. You can use it as a jacuzzi. Hygiene is medium level. There is coffee but no kettle. There is a kettle but no crotch. There is a spoon but no coffee. There is no blow dryer anyway. I don't know if I could explain it. Actually, it is not my habit to comment, this is my first time. Because it is a shame that these businesses get what they pay for by making fun of them. By the way, you pay so much for one night. The coffee brand that comes to the room is VİP :) The toilet paper seems to have run out, there is no new one. I went and got a paper towel from my car. I'm having breakfast right now and we didn't eat it either. He said there is no butter. It's a shame, it's a shame... don't come, they deserve it...

If you want a natural environment and your budget is not very large, breakfast is among the places to go. Of course, there were some missing things, but a solution was provided upon request and no fee was charged. I would have liked it too. I slept in a hammock during the day. The environment appeals to natural lovers. Many complain, but I think they are a little bit ego-driven.

The hotel is poorly maintained and the rooms are not clean. The 2 people working are very attentive, but the problem lies in the running of the hotel. They couldn't provide the most basic heating and caused us to freeze all night long. Of course there was no hot water. It says it's a hotel, but there were no slippers, soap or shampoo in the room. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, I wish I had taken pictures. They have no shame about what happened. Some of our friends had to leave on the second night to avoid the same thing. This is amazing for what they paid for! from the hotel. The restaurant part is also extremely expensive compared to its quality. A mixed toast costs 45 TL, a small bottle of water costs 6 TL, a turnip costs 20 TL, you name the rest. Never use the restaurant without scanning the QR code. We have been coming as a family of 9 for years, this is the first time we stayed in such a poorly run place and we were disgraced with our money. Also, credit cards are not accepted. The hotel owner stated that they have not received payments other than cash for 15 years. We paid everything in cash. I will also report them to the relevant institutions for this bad experience they gave us, I never, ever recommend them.
