延吉醫院不遠的位置，作為遊客來説從這裏出發去水上市場比較方便，店鋪在二樓三樓，整體面積是不小的，非節假日住宿的客人比較多，整體是有點雜亂的，走廊上各種晾衣服的地方，看着也是有不少常住的客人的説
入住的房間其實是有點冷的，床鋪配有電熱毯晚上睡覺時比較暖和的
衞生間沒有熱水，簡單洗漱就好
出行簡單休息一晚還是很不錯的，經濟實惠，比較便宜

【位置】這家開心時尚旅館，在延邊大學附屬醫院正對面的新華街巷子裏，定位很準
【環境】小賓館，房間都在L2，沒電梯
【服務】態度還不錯，有什麼都會提前説清楚。
【房間】房間都有空調，但是會寫着開空調+20，有電熱毯。冬天有一點點冷，但是基本上就是跟南方沒暖氣的房間一樣的感覺，習慣了。電熱水器水温可調好評，基礎設施都有，就是破舊一點。隔音也還不錯。
【總結】一分錢一分貨，就在水上市場隔壁，這個地理位置來説，已經很超值了。

所謂的豪華家庭房，與本人以前住過的這價位的所有店無法相比。條件與衞生都很差，根本不值這（近三百）價位，衞生間開門時下水道反的臭味直入房間，晚上開窗也很難消散，讓人不能很快入睡，天熱想開空調需每天加收20元空調費。店像是開在居民樓的客棧，夜晚窗外周圍店鋪的燈光照很亮，讓人睡不好，總之這是一次極差的入住體驗，再也不會光顧。

實話實説，真不怎麼樣，太差了，一夜讓我回到五、六十年代，蹲便，洗漱、洗浴用品一樣沒有，房間、衞生間設施陳舊，與網上豋的房間訊息嚴重不符，最差的一次住宿。
