對於華住酒店很不滿意。。。網上訂房居然比會員還低，大家也就別搞會員了，沒有權益保障。訂單確認需要將近一個小時，很不滿意。。。我電話了華住集團，沒有任何回覆。估計這是常態。。我不會再選擇

訂的套房，房間很大，但空調聲音很大，有點影響睡覺。早餐的麪和小餛飩都是現煮，很好吃，前台小姐姐和小哥哥都很熱情周到，退房的時候還送了小禮品，感謝！
