Poorly run hotel. Staff unfriendly. Room needs definite update. Poor area disappointing. Breakfast not worth going to .

Location is poor we’ll off main highway. Complex is old and dark. Key card did not work on outside door. Garbage was not emptied. Walls were thin and room was next to a pet room with barking dogs. Room was changed but it did not have a working remote for the TV. And the sheets were soiled. While new sheets were provided we had to change them ourselves. Review was completed via BW survey and GM replied with an apology. Also offered to talk via phone. I called and left message to call me back and that was not done. Needless to say we will not be back there and strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

I got a suit for my family to be able to hang out in with my dad comfortably and it was not clean and when i pointed it out they didn't come clean it after they said they would. They wouldn't even move me roos to make up for it.i will never stay here again and we have stayed here for years.

The sheets were very nice. Sausage and egg biskit was good too. The two staff members i meet were helpful
