Colca lodge hotel es una experiencia que no te puedes perder en tu vida, es realmente hermoso!! Vale la pena las casi 5 horas de Arequipa al Colca!! Tiene sus propias piscinas termales y están abiertas si no me equivoco las 24 horas y mientras estás dándote tu piscinazo, puedes tomarte un trago, ya que hay servicio de bar justo al frente de estas piscinas!! Hay 3 piscinas de las cuales varía el nivel de temperatura (más caliente, tibia, media fría). Respecto al restaurante, muy bueno!!! Me pedí un risotto de quinoa con lomo que estaba espectacular y el desayuno buffet es completo!!! Pero respecto a la atención, yo creo que se quedaron cortos. No hay un servicio en donde te acompañen a tu habitación y te ayuden con el equipaje, ya que con la altura, uno llega mareado como para llevar tu maleta y caminar hasta tu habitación que no fue muy cerca que digamos!! Pero finalmente, lo recomiendo muchísimo, el lugar es mágico ✨

The room is very functional. No highlights but clean. They have a breakfast buffet with several options. The dinner menu has a lot of vegetarian options. The best is the location and their own alpaca ranch and hot springs. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Es muy cómodo tener los pozos de agua termal cerca de las habitaciones. La calefacción en las habitaciones ayuda mucho a no tener mal de altura. Lindos jardines.

What an enchanting place. Set on many levels with quite a few steps, the hotel with lovely gardens, overlooks the river. My wife had altitude problems but the staff were so helpful and considerate giving her oxygen twice one evening; she recovered and had a massage the next day! The hot springs were a real treat and staff in all areas were great. All the rooms overlook the river and the Alpaca/Llama zoo on the opposite bank.

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful garden. We enjoyed every minute in this fairy place. Not to forget the hot and relaxing springs. The staff was simply amazing.

Excelente TODO!!! Las instalaciones, el spa, las aguas termales, la comida, los paisajes, las habitaciones.... el servicio del personal buenísimo!! Regresaré sin duda. La comida merece una seña adicional; buenísima, variada y bien servida.

Use el servicio de masajes de SPA y la experiencia fue PESIMA. Todo bien con los masajes pero al parecer se le acabo el presupuesto para el SPA, comenzando con que entras a un baño que hay una sola ducha, un solo baño y un solo cambiador, a pesar de que el spa para lleno. Entro a bañarme y prendo la ducha, espero a que el agua en algún momento se caliente y nunca paso, sólo salia HELADA, de ahí 1 cm de shampoo, no podía salir a llamar al personal porque había tenido una emergencia y mi novio porque habían pasado 45 minutos y no salía tuvo que mandar a alguien que me dice que "el agua caliente se pide" no hay ningún letrero en el baño que lo indique (fuera del hecho de la tacañeria para lo que pagas por el servicio de masajes que no esta incluido en el hotel que ya de por si no es barato) y encima antes de entrar al baño me cruce con personal del spa quien me preguntó si iba a hacerme masajes y le dije que no, que me iba a bañar, tampoco me dijo nada . La solución del hotel gue reembolsarme el 30% del servicio del spa. que claramente fui por las puras porque salí mas estresada de lo que entre por todo el inconveniente.
