為音樂節去的，房間位置還不錯，在龍湖商區。
樓底下有兩個小超市很方便。算是海景房吧，能看到一點海。
房東溝通很及時。
缺點是浴巾估計不能一客一換，摸了一下果斷沒用，建議是自己帶。
loft樓上的WiFi信號很差，建議老闆在樓上再裝個路由器。
點外賣也蠻方便的。

環境：
這家公寓位置很好，離主路和海邊都很近，小區也很安靜。樓下有不少便利店，買東西方便。
設施：
我訂的這個就是個loft，可以樓上樓下各住一人，雖然空間不大，但冰箱、洗衣機都有，上層還安排了一個喝茶的地方。
衞生：
衞生條件一般，衞生間由於地漏的原因，導致反味很大，建議以後換下設施，另外淋雨處的地漏有很多頭髮和沙子需要清洗，否則嚴重影響下水。
服務：
一切以自助為主，如果是續住就沒有打掃房間的服務，需要自己扔垃圾，毛巾也不再更換，出於衞生的考慮，建議對比改進！

非常滿意的一次旅行體驗，老闆熱情細心，有問必答，房間乾淨，傢俱電器也很講究，用起來順手。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]樓下有小超市，買個酒水飲料調料都行，走路十五分鐘是龍湖商業區，我們都是晚上才回來，沒看到有沒有大超市，但是吃飯沒問題，選擇很多
🏖[入住期間我去過的景點有]離養馬島車程十五分鐘，附近有個中國海公園，晚上可以散步去，有很多適合小朋友玩的設施。另外煙台最可圈可點的就是沿海全是免費浴場沙灘，現在可能是遊客少，特別乾淨。

千萬別住，我的媽呀，房子簡直遠到天邊，説的海景房你先看到的都是工地，半夜睡覺旁邊就是樓上沖馬桶的聲音，沙發上全是毛髮，樓下荒無人煙，天黑壓根不敢帶孩子出門！#位置交通太不方便了！#性價比這個價位還是住市中心就很划算了！
