這是286元的房間，告訴我是升級的房間，我想知道如果是不升級是是不是會更差，前台服務人員態度很差，對天發誓良心説話，全季擁有這樣的一羣員工是很悲哀的，而且還會跟客人撒謊，不知是全季培養的員工，還是員工自身原因，但是接觸男女四個員工都一個品行，實在是對不起全季品牌這塊牌子，我句句是真，接受法律監督

第一次住這麼差的全季，真是砸全季的名字，首先提前訂的都已經備註説要安靜高樓層，來了現給安排的二樓洗衣房旁邊！我在前台還説我都已經訂單備註了安靜房間，請問是什麼意思呀，房間旁邊就是洗衣房！換房間後，房間衞生不忍直視！我實在不想再折騰換房了，換了我覺得衞生也那種，我們自己帶的床單被套，換上去了，為什麼差距能這麼大嗎，服務態度我就不説啥了，根本就是不要選這個酒店！！別住！換其他家！

簡單説兩點：一是衞生問題，退房的時候孩子和我説，發現床單上有小蟲子，還不止一衹兩衹，非常小的那種，有視頻，大家看看多噁心，趕快重新洗澡，逃離房間。二是服務問題，我在其他平台訂的早餐券，一直全季都可以使用，所以早上我們就去餐廳打餐了，經理説可以，我們三大二小打完餐了，經理説券用不了，因為他們沒有掃碼槍核銷不了券，這也不是我的問題啊，你們這個店為什麼沒有？而且我們都打完餐了，她説用不了券讓交錢99元，前一天在另一個全季也是同樣人數是49，她翻了一倍！這是隨意定價嗎？還是超出的都是經理提成？！我説如果不讓用券，就贈送兩個孩子的早餐吧，孩子1.3米，她拒絕❌而且全程沒有因為是他們沒有掃碼槍的原因感到歉意，而是理直氣壯的讓我買99早餐，甚至連她的大眼皮都沒抬一下，何來得服務而言！連鎖酒店是不是應該注意形象，嚴格篩選管理人員，保持企業形象，別給酒店丟人，別給煙台丟臉！

大清早的就被外賣吵醒了，一共就睡了三個小時。第一次外賣電話我掛了，然後接着打，我不拿外賣就一直給我打電話，衹好起床拿外賣。別人填錯了酒店名字且隔一個多小時才來拿，我以為是我對象或者朋友給我定的，睡不着了之後就把外賣拆開了，不是我喜歡的味道就扔了。一個小時後，酒店放任不三不四的人進入酒店，且前台打電話要求我付錢（30多元被我扔掉的咖啡錢，怎麼不問問我在酒店一大早就被電話轟炸什麼心情？），並且放任這人辱罵客人二十分鐘，不是我因無法重新入睡而下去吃早飯的時間偶然聽到，我都不知道還有這事。無法保證住店客人安全，狼狽為奸！經常住全季，第一次遇到這種情況，勸大家三思，沒有安保，省得有生命安全問題。小票如下

房間很大，設備很新，電視超級大！家裡小孩看的很喜歡，裝修風格我也蠻喜歡的，早餐還有蝦子吃，這是我沒想到的，吃了好多雞蛋，煎蛋是愛心形狀的，去煙台山開車半個小時左右。
