Very pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is not very good and there are no supporting facilities nearby. It is suitable for tourists who want to experience the wine culture by driving themselves. The entire hotel is located on a hillside, very eye-catching at night, and is surrounded by vineyards. We arrived late, it was completely dark and raining, so the hotel upgraded us to a suite for free. Knowing that we hadn't had dinner yet, they thoughtfully asked the staff to buy us dinner for us and deliver it to our room for free. There were meat, dumplings, and pancakes that we, four southerners, couldn't finish. After staying in so many hotels, this was the first time we experienced such warm hotel service. It was so impressive. The hotel facilities are very complete, the rooms are large, and fruits are provided. The hotel's own grapes are not big, but they taste very good. The living room and bedroom each have a balcony facing the yard, and a smart toilet. The air conditioner has a temperature, but it is not too blowing. I like this. Before leaving, the hotel also specially prepared souvenirs. Friends who drive to Yantai by themselves must come and stay here.

Environment: A very beautiful villa, very dreamy at night, worth staying. Hygiene: The garbage bags in the bathroom were not changed and were left by the previous guest. I used my own sheets, but the hotel ones had hair on them. I also brought the quilt myself, which was useless. Hygiene needs to be improved. Service: The lady at the front desk is very nice and gentle. Facilities: The TV wouldn't turn on. The maintenance staff was off duty and said they couldn't watch it. . . . . In short, it's okay. The main castle is so beautiful. You must bring your own sheets and quilts when you stay. The hygiene is a bit bad. The TV needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Children will still make noises.
