First, let's talk about the cleanliness. The floors and the area under the bathroom sink were filthy; don't they ever clean them? The room smelled unpleasant as soon as I entered, and the bathroom smelled even worse… Second, the room's decor was very basic, with quite a few damaged items. The clothes racks were uneven and messy, which was very unpleasant to look at. Finally, regarding the kitchen's "friendly reminder," was it even necessary? There were no pots, pans, or anything like that. I also run a guesthouse myself, so I chose this place for my trip, hoping to experience it. I was truly disappointed. With guesthouses like this, there's really no point in running one…

This was the most satisfying guesthouse of my trip. It's a pity Yantai was just a transit point for me, and I couldn't stay longer to explore. The most important factors in choosing this guesthouse were its location and price. It's very close to Yantai Railway Station and Yantai Port Passenger Terminal, and also conveniently located in the middle of Yantai's various attractions, about ten kilometers by taxi. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and it had everything you needed, including a washing machine and refrigerator. The projector had a high-definition display. If I have the opportunity to travel to Yantai again, I will definitely book here again.

The facilities are average, not very satisfactory

There is construction going on all around the neighborhood. I drove here and the navigation showed I had arrived, but I couldn't find the entrance. The store owner didn't tell me how to get there in advance. It was a very bad experience.

택시타고 숙소 건물에 도착했으나 건물이 너무 오래돼서 숙소기 아닌줄 알았어요. 주변을 엄청나게 헤매이며 방해ㅏㅇ하다가 일단 12층으로 올라갔더니 숙소 청소하시는분이 계셔서 문의했더니 도아주셔서 다행이 잘 체크인했습니다. 숙소 내부는 전체적으로 깔끔하고 좋았어요 제가 예약한 방이 아니라 더 저렴한 다른방을 배정해주셨는데.. 1박이라 그냥 머물렀어요 다만 1층은 폐가 수준이며 엘리베이터도 너무 낡아서 사용하지 않는 건물인줄 알았어요.

房間佈局跟商家圖片沒有差別，房間乾淨整潔！樓層高，全天能照到陽光。晚上不吵，睡覺安穩。客服全程微信聯繫，態度很好，訊息秒回。房間每日打掃，補充一次性用品，打掃房間的阿姨很認真，打掃的乾淨，有需求都會滿足！ 唯一一點就是床體太單薄了，一翻身會有聲響，調節後翻身床體還是會動。
