Pullman Yantai Center

The hotel service was attentive and thorough, the room was clean and spacious, and the facilities were complete. Alan Liu and Cryin Zhang at the front desk made the check-in process efficient and pleasant. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct, stunning sea views; watching the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and the 'orange sea' sunset in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. Yantai, this coastal city, is gentle and relaxing, with refreshing sea breezes and beautiful scenery. The accommodation, the city, and the sea views were a triple surprise, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yantai!

I was very satisfied with the room; the breakfast was rich, and the room itself was spacious with a sensible layout, so it didn't feel cramped at all. It was a really pleasant stay. There are many great restaurants nearby. This hotel is definitely the best choice for both business and leisure. Special shout-out to the front desk staff – I'll definitely be back!

This was my second trip to Yantai, and I chose to stay at the Pullman again. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get to both the beach and Yantaishan. Just across the street is Suochengli, which is beautiful at night. From the window, you can see mountains, the sea, and the city, which is really lovely. The front desk service was very attentive; they patiently listened to all my questions, responded proactively, and resolved issues promptly. I had a fantastic experience.

Great location, very close to attractions and theaters. The room is spacious and bright, and the service is excellent. They even offer a firm mattress option.

The location is excellent, right across from Suochengli, and Yantai Mountain is within walking distance. You take an elevator from the entrance up to the lobby, which offers views of Yantai Mountain and the sea. At night, you can also see Suochengli lit up. The room size and layout were good, and it was very clean. The housekeeping and front desk staff were also friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay.

The room was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. The views were stunning, and the location was super convenient – with a complex right behind and the old city walls in front. The service was incredibly warm and attentive, and even the food deliveries were promptly brought by robots. Excellent!

This hotel offers 2 double beds (1.35m each), which is great for families. The breakfast has a good variety of dishes, and I particularly enjoyed the rice noodles. The Japanese restaurant within the hotel has a lovely ambiance and delicious food. All the staff members are very nice. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Suochengli (Ancient City of Quanzhou) and near the Fujian Guild Hall. It's very easy to get around from here.

The service was excellent! Even though the hotel is a bit older, the service and cleanliness were top-notch. The pool was great too, and the location is superb – right across from the ancient city, which is perfect for exploring day or night.

The room was pretty standard with a sea view. I forgot that Pullman doesn't offer a dinner buffet, but Wanda Plaza is conveniently located nearby. I found the front desk service to be just okay, and the facilities were standard. Breakfast was decent, with some unique local touches like the cuttlefish sausage. The hotel's location is good; it's a pleasant walk to the lighthouse. Overall, the Marriott and Pullman hotels I've stayed at in Yantai don't quite measure up to the standards in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang region. Yantai's hotel pastries, in general, are not great, and the overall service and dining experience still have a lot to learn from first-tier cities.
