호텔위치는 연태 시내랑 멀지 않구요 주변에 쇼핑가 여행할데도 많아요. 방은 진짜 5승급호텔 못지않게 매우 넓고 소파 사무작업가능한테이블 도 잇구요 무엇보다 비용이 대비 너무 좋아요

服務人員絕對是這裏的一大亮點😃。從登記入住到退房離開，每一個環節都展現出了極高的職業素養。他們笑容滿面，親切熱情，無論是回答問題還是提供幫助都極其耐心細緻，讓人深刻感受到賓至如歸。
説到房間，乾淨整潔那是基本操作。床品柔軟舒適，躺在上面就像被雲朵包圍，一夜好夢😴。房間的設施也很齊全，高品質的洗浴用品、充足的飲品供應、先進的電子設備等等，所有細節都暴露出酒店對客人的周到考慮。

酒店環境很好，由於我是下午三點左右到達酒店，房間比較緊張客房的姐姐們幫我搶了一間房，並且在這期間前台給我遞了一杯水服務很好沒得挑，但是就是説這個設施相當差勁！房間裏面沒有熱水你敢信嗎？還有水流的壓力特別小洗澡都沒辦法洗！這點需要加強一下嚴重影響我本次的入住體驗！我就看到點評挺高的我才預訂的很失望！

房間很乾凈也很大 環境也不錯 很安靜 設施有提升的空間 網絡比較慢 衞生間放手機的枱子也沒有 房間的佈局一看就沒經過考慮 我建議你們自己住一下酒店 酒店的佈置還是要以人的舒適性為主 還有啊 我們之間是消費的關係 你們的前台説話有點不夠委婉了 要好評我能理解 但是是不是有點命令客人給你們好評了呀 話術改一改 不知道的以為是我領導啦

每次回煙台都訂這裏，位於鳳凰台的半山，窗外就是綠山，房間大氣開闊，大堂餐廳也是如此，婚宴商務的好地方，車位充足，特別適合自駕。前台的工作人員熱情專業，讓人賓至如歸，孩子們特別喜歡這裏，這次國慶趕上中秋，還有酒店自己做的老式月餅，真是好久沒吃到這麼傳統大個的五仁月餅了，立馬給上海的朋友寄了一些，回來的時候又帶了一包，沒想到周圍朋友都説好吃，趕快問前台的小姐姐還有嗎？小姐姐熱心地又幫忙寄了三包過來，真是太感謝婷婷小姐姐了，誰能想到這麼紮實大個的月餅，一包裏面有四個，一包竟然才18元，讓我再次感受到了家鄉的純樸與好客，歡迎大家都去煙台看看，去煙台就住尚美.愛琴海
