訂的那天下大雨行程有變，然後這家店是前一天晚上八點之前才能退，而且是收手續費才能退，我當時沒注意這件事，申請退房之後被拒絕了，然後就去找店家商量，我們倆人好聲好氣的跟人説，我們是學生沒那麼多錢，您收個手續費退我們一部分錢行不行，店家態度從一開始就顯得很急，到最後直接掛斷電話，之後客服去協商也是無果，在我看來這家店的店主真是個沒有人情味的東西，真給煙台人丟臉，果然評分低有低的道理，奉勸大家注意看詳細，這個房的訂單半小時以後就不能免費取消了，估計這種破店就是靠賺手續費活下來的，所以見了130塊跟狗一樣咬着不放

很差 我真的很少有給差評 大晚上睡到一兩點時候停電我都懵了 一直連續到早上手機也沒電了 花八十多相當於買了個不怎麼樣的床
