這次入住全季的體驗實在令人失望。花300元卻衹體驗到如家級別的品質，前台的服務態度甚至不如保潔阿姨主動友善。一進門就感覺不對——前台沒查系統、也沒問我電話，第一反應竟是質疑我是否訂錯日期。房間裏的床單甚至有破損，細節完全不到位。
更讓人不便的是，酒店沒有外賣機器人。深夜點餐時外賣員上不來，而前台在休息，衹能自己下樓取。洗衣服務也形同虛設，明明在標簽上註明“請送至房間”，洗好的衣服卻仍被留在洗衣房，連個裝衣的袋子都沒有。
之前住過三回煙大店的全季，印象一直不錯，但這次徹底改觀。雖然亞朵價格略高几十，但服務卻好上幾倍。以後恐怕不會再輕易選擇全季了。

五星好評那必須強調是給前台辛苦的工作人員的，兩個帥哥和兩個美女都特別給力，服務很好，甚至可以説是煙台最熱情的前台。三分是給這環境的，簡直太失望了，裝不裝修另説，先説酒店設計極不合理，出了電梯到客房，居然有兩節台階，誰家酒店這麼設計？被迫要抬一下箱子。房間窗户是膠帶貼着的，衹能開半扇，細節完全沒法看，閲讀燈是壞的，就那麼垂掉在那裡，鏡子下面都是發黃的污漬，淋浴一言難盡，水小還到處濺，此行唯一踩雷的酒店，煙大附近快400的房價也不便宜吧 這設施是全季加盟店嗎？第二天直接轉萬豪了 衹能説避雷吧

七百一晚的價格着實跟設施不匹配，晚上睡覺噪音特別大，房間的牆面都受潮了，床單是破的，浴室的浴頭滴答滴答擰不緊，體驗感太差。不過早餐感覺還可以，酒店工作人員態度還可以。

以前住覺得住全季怎麼也不會出錯，這次太讓人失望了，
1、衞生方面，特別差，吹風機上特別臟，
2、電視想看的時候還沒有信號，還得現找人過來修
3、早晨七點就有裝修的，噪音特別大
4、早餐補充的也不是很及時
5、入住時候送的水果都不是很新鮮，還有壞的
