非常的離譜，第一天到的時候十一點多，前台告知還沒有房間，我説那我就把行李寄存，我晚上回來，前台又説如果可以給個好評可以現在就安排27層，我問有沒有高樓層，前台説需要等到打掃完，我説那就寄存行李，結果等我們回來時候還是安排27層，告訴我們沒有房間，這個也可以理解，結果第二天完成七點多我們兩個女生都在睡覺，客房服務員敲了一下門直接開門進來把燈都打開問我們你們不是要退房嗎，都要嚇死了，她進錯房間了，真是太離譜了，還有就是第一天定一百多，結果第二天放假直接漲了一百多，房間沒有座機電話，打電話到前台半天才會有人接聽

我是真沒住過這麼服氣的酒店
第一 一進房間一股子腥味 難聞的要死
第二 被套口子是開的 睡着睡着被芯從被套裏面掉出來了 大半夜的我站在床上套被子
第三 我記錯了退房時間這個是我的問題 服務員來催的時候已是12.30了 我説那我延遲一個小時 待會可以扣錢 這個男生服務員説可以免費幫我延遲一個小時 我一直在道謝 然後就繼續化粧了 化完粧以後是13點 一個女的上來催我們走 我説我東西放包裏就可以走了 她説她要收房卡 房卡給了 她又進來説把被子收走 ***** 急什麼啊 真是吐了

設施：非常簡陋 衞生間更是讓人無法接受 連放洗髮水的架子都沒有
衞生：真不敢確定床上用品是新換的 完全沒有剛換上的感覺 軟軟塌塌的 導致我穿着衣服睡了一宿
環境：定的家庭房 房屋面積連個行李箱都沒地方放 屋內的櫃子高度設計的很不合理 非常容易磕到腦袋
服務：所謂的前台在32層 那個前台的大小還不如一張寫字枱大
再説説停車的問題 説是因為十一假期 沒有停車位 衹能停到開車5分鐘以外的小區裏 真是太搞笑了 帶着孩子和行李箱 怎麼可能停到那麼遠的地方 最後沒有辦法 衹能冒着貼條的風險 停在了馬路邊上
這個地方叫做希亞酒店 很容易誤導人 完全和酒店沒有什麼關係 就是一個寫字樓裏 人員複雜 辦入住在32層 房間在27層 等電梯的時間非常長 這個地方最多能叫個公寓
價錢更是不能接受 就算是十一假期 價格偏高 也得根據自身條件定價吧 就這個地方一晚750 我覺得超級不合理
總而言之 這個地方是我住過環境最惡劣的地方

説什麼呢，入住沒有熱水，洗澡完全用的冷水，前台給的回覆是電熱水器熱水被用完了。房間很小，和圖片不一樣，體驗感差到不能再差。衞生間沒有乾濕分離，洗澡地上全是水，洗臉池很小，乳液這些都沒地方放。原本白天已經很累了，最後入住還這麼糟心，害的我把後面的公寓也退了

酒店位置找了一個小時，停車半個小時，上去前台找不到人，等了十分鐘才出現，還要按金不説，不給出示任何按金票據，並且要現金150，衞生更是不能提了，衣服都沒脱湊合睡了一覺，再不會去的酒店！
