房間一般，可能是裝修時間長了吧，地板比較臟，衞生間比較臟，跟其他全季，沒法穿，除了前台，其他的服務員年齡比較大，電梯的地毯臟的，房間的的木地板縫縫很臟，包括洗手枱洗漱用品，用個筆袋放着

住過好多地方全季，衹能説一次比一次體驗感不好，首先衞生，走廊地毯不能買了吸塵器吸吸嗎？洗漱用品那個牙刷刷刷掉毛了，連個刮鬍刀都沒有，對得起700多一宿那？學學麗楓看人家配套設施。99得會員辦的真後悔

位置很好，乾淨衞生，尤其前台工作人員特別熱情，服務周到。早餐簡單但能吃飽。煙台旅遊整體滿意，唯一被網約車魯FAV5720司機坑了一把，等了很久沒來，40分鐘後顯示已到達車卻根本沒來，打電話不接，發消息還罵人，很遺憾！

煙台很好，下次還來！！此次旅途太急，都沒好好感受煙台，下次一定多待幾天！房間整體乾淨舒適，並且很安靜！！位置也很好，去哪裡打車都很方便！我們前一天晚上大概20:30左右才到，前台的小哥哥和小姐姐人都超級好，下車誤以為手機落在了滴滴上，前台工作人員幫忙一起找。第二天中午退房時，前台小姐姐給了伴手禮！住過這麼多家全季，這是第一家有伴手禮的！！太愛了！下次還住！推薦！

環境：房間還挺乾淨的，停車也很方便，位置離海邊步行衹要十幾分鍾，周邊小吃也有挺多的
