有樹、露天茶座、搖椅、露營椅、遮陽棚等。很安
靜清幽，很出片。冬天淡季，價格便宜，一人獨享
，適逢1.11煙台大雪，極其漂亮。
房間設施：冬季熱水器出的30度水，調來調去無果。暖氣效果很好，外面下雪裡麪暖融融。
衞生：下水道有反水臭味，關廁所門起居，第一夜被子裏可見小蟲。
周邊：所城裡，萬達，步行可玩，交通便利。
服務：不錯，下雪後阿姨剷雪，幫忙拎箱。

在所城裡旅遊景區邊緣，鬧中取靜，出門2分鐘就可以到大馬路，白天出行非常方便。晚上回來以後房間裏休息一會又可以立刻出門看景點😹最可惜的就是我們住這間房沒在院子裏，其他設施都很不錯，挺晚給老闆娘打電話也沒有一點不耐煩。最感謝的就是工作人員叔叔，雖然話不太多，但是默默幫忙幹活，幫我們把買回來的海鮮洗乾淨煮了一大盆，送到房間裏。有同事再去煙台玩一定推薦這家。
