This hotel is amazing, and I mean it! The location is perfect for everything: there are major sites, the sea, the beach. It was the best sea view you could hope for! Both the buffet and a la carte are delicious and affordable (and with the view as well). Special thanks goes to the staff and the cervice. Everyone was super helpful, attentive, polite and professional. Serena at the front desk answered every possible question and assisted with everything! The room has all the facilities you could wish for and lots of complimentary water and fruits. I will definitely come again and recommend it to friends.

In the Chinese dining area, we had the famous Yantai stewed rice and Chaoshan braised pork ribs. The coffee machine makes pretty good kabobs and lattes, and you can also make Italian espresso - you can adjust the amount of beans and milk foam by yourself. I saw a seafood buffet introduced in the lobby bar. If I come to Yantai again, I will still choose this World Trade Hilton.

We stayed in the Brigh Radiance for 6 nights. It was a very nice experience. The front desk lady LanLan was helpful and super friendly. Other staff members in the lobby and the 2nd floor restaurant are nice too. The hotel has a wonderful location with the beautiful ocean view. The food and the restaurant in the hotel are nice too. The hotel provides water, juice, snacks and has everything we needed including the sewing kit. Great location, nice staff and good food!

My experience at the hotel was mostly positive. The staff was helpful and patient. The location of the hotel nearby the train station is very convenient. On the other hand, some guests around my room were very noisy and seemed to lack any understanding of how to behave in a hotel, going in between different rooms and chatting out loud in the hall in front the door of other guests. While this is not an issue concerning to the staff or the hotel directly, it would be a good idea to send some person from time to time to check that the atmosphere is quiet for everyone to have a good rest in every floor.

The smell of smoke is sniffing when you enter the door. Although you can see the non-smoking room when you book, it is two different things to non-smoking and the smell of smoke in the room, right? I thought that the refrigerator was the basic configuration. I was too naive, but it was really the first time I stayed in a hotel without a refrigerator. The bathroom was small and the table felt a bit sticky. Fortunately, I lived alone, had two beds, and everything was on the bed.
