The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The smart home system was very easy to use, especially the 'Xiao Du, Xiao Du...' voice assistant. It's only about 400 meters from the train station, a five or six-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient.

Flawless and full-score service, always accommodating. From receiving packages to sending them out, the meticulous care truly reflects the warmth and humanity consistent with the hotel's inviting decor. We stayed in a luxury family room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff was very considerate in their work. Mid-range pricing for top-tier service. Highly recommend to tourists visiting Yantai. It's very close to the beach and conveniently located near some famous restaurants. This stay has left me with an excellent impression of the Orange brand, and I will prioritize Orange for my future travels.

Room: The room was decent compared to other hotels in the area. The reason for the deduction was that the electric kettle seemed uncleaned; the bottom was very dirty. However, since it was only for one night, it wasn't a big deal. Attractions: Close to Penglai Pavilion; a 5-minute ride on a small electric scooter from the hotel entrance. A 10-minute walk to the beach; very crowded, even at night. Dining: Plenty of restaurants and a large shopping mall are right next to the hotel; food and drinks are plentiful. Service: Just average. The experience at the Orange Hotel in Weihai was completely different. The Weihai Orange Hotel even gave us a very elegant orange-scented candle and a small gift upon check-out, which was very thoughtful. However, this Orange Hotel in Penglai didn't offer any of that. Perhaps it's a difference in service standards within the same brand. TV: There were only a few free channels; additional channels required payment. For a room costing nearly 600 yuan per night, charging extra for TV seemed unreasonable. Price: Overall, the Orange Hotel in Penglai seemed expensive. It might be cheaper during off-peak seasons, with prices increasing during peak tourist season. Breakfast is not included. There is a discount if you want to add breakfast, but I didn't take it. Jianxing Noodle Shop nearby is a great place. A bowl of local specialty noodles costs only 4 yuan and you can fill up. They also have fried dough sticks, glutinous rice, etc. It is a popular noodle shop and a must-try when you come to Penglai. Locals also eat there. There is a porridge shop about 100 meters to the right of the hotel. It is also very good. The beef patty is generous with the filling and the price is not expensive. The mango pomelo sago iced porridge is also worth trying.

The drain in the bathroom was clogged, causing water to flood into the room. The front desk staff was perfunctory. They promised to change the room, but it took nearly an hour to deal with it. This was arranged only after I complained to the duty manager. However, the attitude of the duty manager and the store manager was still okay. I hope Huazhu Hotel can improve the management and service awareness of its staff. The awareness training of front-line employees is also very important! ! In addition, the location of the hotel is not suitable for light sleepers. The window faces the main entrance of the hospital. There is also the sound of the 120 alarm in the middle of the night, and all kinds of wreaths can be seen everywhere, which is unlucky. Especially when traveling with family, the elderly will be more minded and sensitive!
