So easy to book online and faster to answer any questions about place, values etc. Nice place, clean, friendly and Great breakfast!!! The pool inside is amazing, warmer shower, good towels! We really recommend and I hope come back soon… thanks

Amazing

So far I've been really disappointed in this place. First, our showers were luke warm at best. Second, breakfast left a LOT to be desired. We went for breakfast around 8:45am (it ends at 10am). There were only some dried remnants of scrambled eggs. I waited a bit, still no eggs. I asked if they were bringing more soon and was told, "We're out!" I asked the attendant to clarify they weren't going to bring more. The lady who was doing all the work told him she would have to make more and she wasn't doing that. He offered me a veggie omelet. I explained I couldn't eat the peppers. He said, "We didn't have scrambled eggs today." I told him I SAW the remnants of them in the egg bin, but it was *maybe* a tablespoon of them. He said, "We make scrambled eggs early, then we switch. That's how we do it here." Ok, so no eggs. I went to get a plate...no clean plates. I asked if there would be more clean plates. He hollered to the lady that they needed clean plates, to which she yelled back, "We don't have any more! I already told you that!!" Eventually an older man brought some plates. I went to get coffee. Guess what... empty. So I asked if they would have more coffee. He was clearly irritated and responded, "Thank you for bringing that to my attention." They did bring more coffee about 10 min later. The attendant came over to our table to let us know they got the pancake machine working. ‍♀️ That's nice, except we weren't having pancakes. Finally, about 30 min after we'd arrived (and had finished eating), the lady who'd yelled about the plates and making more eggs brought a plate of scrambled eggs to our table and said, "Made special for you." They were fresh. I must say, we've stayed with many Best Western properties as we have diamond elite status. This was one of the worst. *Good points - it was clean.

We went to the Cape for an evening concert and spent the night at Aiden Best Western where we received excellent service and a very good warm breakfast was included the following morning. Would definitely stay there again.

Aiden in West Yarmouth, MA is a great hotel. It has been recently remodeled, is beautiful and clean. The mattresses are newer and comfortable. Everything works in the rooms, such as locks, tv's, remotes, Keurig machines and refrigerators. They use solar panels to offset electricity generated by fossil fuels. It has everything a hotel should have, such as a restaurant, lounge, pool and fitness room. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful as they will work with you with any normal or special requests. Aiden is conveniently located on Rt 28 and very close to the road leading to Rt 6. There are many restaurants and beaches in the area. The value is excellent as it is less expensive than other high brand hotel chains, yet has the same quality.

Check in was easy, the room was clean and overall the stay was great! My fiancé and our child took a trip to the cape for the weekend and chose to stay here for a couple nights and we’re glad we did! It was truly comfortable and welcoming. The gentleman that made my coffee in the morning was so kind. The gentleman at the front desk was truly a pleasure and easy to work with. Lastly the bar tender at the lounge made great drinks!! Thank you for the great weekend, we can’t wait to be back. Little constructive criticism, perhaps offer recycling and one day invest in enhancing the beds comfortability. It was very firm and didn’t give the “hotel bed” luxury feeling.

It was quite a surprise to get everything we expect in a hotel room all at one place. Cleanliness, easy access, friendly customer service and everything worked in the room. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be back again

I booked this room for my father due to the storm he lost electricity he is elderly and requires a wheel chair. The hotel was not plowed and the wheel chair ramp was not clear. The young girl who worked at the front desk was very nice but I had to shovel the ramp for 30 mins to get him inside the building. Then the handicapped accessible rom was to narrow to get his chair near the bed. Again the receptionist was trying her best but it was a very difficult check in and stay.
