Недавно остановился в гостинице Ибис и был приятно удивлен всем, что они предлагают. Прежде всего, местоположение - прекрасное. Гостиница расположена в центре города, что делает ее идеальным местом для туристов и деловых путешественников. Все необходимые достопримечательности, магазины и рестораны находятся в непосредственной близости от отеля, что очень удобно.
Сервис в гостинице также заслуживает похвалы. Персонал был очень приветливым и отзывчивым на все наши просьбы. Заселение прошло гладко и быстро, и у нас были все необходимые удобства в номере. Кровать была удобной, и пространство было чистым и аккуратным. Очень порадовало наличие бесплатного Wi-Fi в номере, что намного облегчило наше пребывание в гостинице.
В целом, я очень доволен своим пребыванием в гостинице Ибис. Отличное местоположение, хороший сервис и комфортные номера сделали мое пребывание незабываемым. Я бы определенно рекомендовал эту гостиницу друзьям и знакомым, и с удовольствием вернусь сюда в следующий раз.

The price is on the high side, but the location is good and the house price is relatively modern, which is acceptable. Breakfast costs 850 rub, which is quite affordable, but the restaurant is not big and can get crowded when there are many people. When I checked in, the clerk said that my visa had expired. I had not encountered any problems before and after this hotel. In fact, the QR code scanned by the clerk was a reference code for airlines only. After passing customs, It didn't work, but the clerk didn't seem to be very proficient in business. Fortunately, his attitude was very good throughout the process. In the end, it didn't delay my check-in, so the problem wasn't too big.

Приятный отель со своими особенностями. Довольно близкое расположение ко многим достопримечательностям. Зубные наборы в номерах отсутствуют, но выдаются спокойно по запросу на ресепшен, почему же? Как только увидела сертификат green key, стала понятна причина и отель поднялся в моих глазах. Отель добровольно получил знак экологического отличия, в связи с чем минимизируется потребление пластика и другие моменты. В связи с этим шампунь, мыло, кондиционер в дозаторах, а не одноразовые, правда после этих шампунев и кондиционера, расчесать волосы сложно. В номере есть фен, тапочки, халатов нет, чайника и чая нет. На этаже есть кулер с холодной и горячей водой( вода правда еле теплая). Были в -11, из окон ужасно дуло, но подоткнули шторами и подушкой, было более менее. Напор воды в душе очень слабый, но если никуда не спешите, то сойдет. Про завтраки - 950 руб с человека,цена несколько завышена, думаю из-за того что подают шампанское. Есть что съесть, каши, овощи, сосиски, блины. Всего два вида выпечки, и один вид фруктов, яблоки, для озвученной выше суммы, как-то маловато. Есть камера хранения, куда можно сдать вещи после выезда. Все администраторы вежливые и приветливые.

Приехали семьей из пяти человек на праздники. Мебель в стиле минимализма, открытые полки, отсутствие тумбочек. Тапочки есть, халатов нет. Мыло, шампунь в дозаторе. Воды и чайника нет. Кулер в коридоре. Персонал на ресепшн быстрого решает вопросы, вежливый. Неприятно было смотреть на официанток в ресторане гостиницы: у девушки которая нас обслуживала (Диана) были ногти как у вампира или как у индийского медоеда. При том, что стандарт внешнего вида официанта допускает ногти не более 0,5 см. длиной. Девушка подавала нам тарелку с едой и ноги были внутри тарелки. Выглядит очень неприятно. Странно, что такая сеть как Ибис, не следит за внешним видом сотрудников имеющих дело с пищей... В гостинице можно поужинать. Выбор еды небольшой, но всё достаточно вкусно.

Хороший недорогой сетевой отель в центре Ярославля. Все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Компактные (как и везде в этой сети в Европе), но функциональные номера. Вкусные завтраки (омлет, яичница, сосиски, бульон, каша и и.д.). Днем в баре при входе угощают лимонной и огуречной водой, вечером - джином. В день отъезда оставляли чемодан до поезда в камере хранения (она здесь есть). Вообщем - спокойно, безопасно, интеллигентно. Обязательно вернемся сюда.
