The hotel has a very nice view. It is built next to the river and the lake view is very unique! The hotel facilities are quite new and the environment is good, but the parking lot is a bit far from the room. The biggest drawback is that there are too many flies outside! Especially on the golf course!

Guest Beware when booking a garden view ! We got a roof top view and looking into other apartments . A short getaway does not offer the ambience and aesthetic pleasing room that everyone raves about . Disappointing, I can get a better garden view from my home without it costing me anything . Also outdated ! Instant coffee, in this day of pod machine’s and coffee lovers .

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff (Matt, India, Magnificent Meg and Lily in the spa) made our stay complete. The hotel is immaculately clean, the house staff cannot do enough for guests and the whole crew made our stay memorable. The hotel is modern, the food is outstanding and the location is stunning. We have already booked a return trip and would highly recommended if you are visiting this area to stay in this luxury accommodation.

This hotel is beautiful, the staff were fantastic and so helpful, the location is awesome and the golf course the cherry on the pie. My wife and I along with our good friends had planned this well deserved getaway a while back and we were not disappointed. The rooms have everything you need for a staycation, the staff, so friendly, helpful and polite, often going over and above the call of duty to serve and assist. We cannot recommend this resort enough for holiday or getaway.

This hotel confuse me of Accor no it ain’t - unfriendly staff rather go to Meccas for breakfast ☹️. and a motel down the road for accommodations. Staff looks like they seen the ghost when you walks in - reception especially Karen. Very expensive, customer services lacking .

I think that this is our third visit to this OASIS in the on the border, my wife and I booked a 4 night stay in a 1 bedroom appt which is fully equiped with cooking and even a washer dryer combo which saves lots of time. The reception area is very open and friendly it opens up into the bar and restaurant "stock &barrel" The young bur well supervised team are very friendly. This brings me to talk about the kitchen team, i consider my self a bit of a foodie, the photos attached show a stark cooked at lunchtime simply fantastic then the oysters fresh and served in a very interesting way they have been open then the flat shell placed on top with a really good clear sauce with lemon bits.In using a old saying they cooked with love not just doing a job. Thedining area is large and very well appointed. As it is a time that the local council empties the lake to clear out goodness knows what but it creates a amazing outlook. To all of this team many thanks and sorry to say that we will be back in July to Deb ,Amy and Bianco special thanks I forgot to mention the amazing housekeeping team Great job

Every member of staff we encountered over our two days, whether, reception, restaurant or cleaning, was friendly, helpful and cheerful. The room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. Even though I’d forgotten to bring my disabled parking permit, they allowed us to park in the disabled spaces, as the main car park is quite a distance on crutches. The young lady on reception said she’d explain to anyone who complained. We had an excellent dinner in the Stock and Barrel. The WiFi was fast and the pool was lovely.
